Jose did my Father-in-laws roof and did an amazing job. So I wanted him to come out and look at mine to make sure that mine was ok due to all the recent storms. I gave them a 5 star review not only for the quality of work that they did but it’s not to often that you find people as honest as Jose. When he came out he looked at my roof and said it’s still got a decent amount of life in it still but sent me a video of two turtle vents that were bad and told me the benefits of going to a ridge vent. I went with the ridge vent option not only because of the benefits but because of Jose honest opinion of not having to replace my roof. It shows that this company will take care of you no matter what your roof needs are. This day and age is all about making more and more money and not telling the truth to a customer but I fell like CTI will do the right things for their customers. Again thanks Jose and CTI

CTI roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They worked with my insurance (who was very unresponsive) and made sure everything was processed correctly. They were extremely great at communicating, accountability and timeliness. My insurance’s preferred contractor gave me a more expensive quote. CTI hounded my insurance for months to approve the repair, as soon as they did, the materials were here within two days and completed the install in a single day. No sales pressure from Jose, just honesty and a fair price for high quality work. I plan on having CTI do my roof on another structure in the near future.

Painless and Perfect A couple of months ago we had a horrible storm blow through our town with high winds and large hail. We are an older couple and checked around the house and saw a couple of tiles in the yard, but we weren’t too worried. A nice fellow came to our door a couple of days later and offered a free inspection of our roof. He said that if it needed a repair, they would be happy to help us out. When their sales guy came to inspect our roof, we were shocked at the damage he found! He offered not only to place the claim with our insurance but to work with them in our behalf. Before we knew it we had a beautiful new roof that will last longer than we will need it. Their crew worked so fast it was done in a day. There were respectful of our property and of us. All in all I recommend them very highly.

We would highlight that our experience with Jose was great and without his support throughout the process of negotiating the damage and coverage with our insurance, they likely would not have covered the majority of the damage. He was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated his advocating for our situation. The roof looks great and we would highly recommend their service!

CTI was very professional and did quality work. From our initial meeting with Jose until the installation was complete. I was kept informed of any changes (had a delay because of rain), and rescheduling. We had a couple small but annoying leaks where our awning over the deck met the house. Not anymore! They addressed all my concerns and let me get up on the roof after the tear off before the new roof installation to “see for myself”. They mediated for me with my insurance company and got a substantial amount covered. I highly recommend CTI roofing.
