Indemnity Roofing took care of everything I needed when we had the hail storm! I had to have a new roof, my house and gutters had to be painted. All of their crews did a fabulous job. Amelia Pratka handled everything, she was there every time the insurance adjusters came and even set me up with some of her people to take car of another photo was wanting done. I highly recommend them!

Due to the recent storm in Tyler our roof and gutters were damaged. We contracted Indemnity Roofing and Construction Company for repairs. We found Bryan Booth, project manager, professional, experienced and easy to work with. We are happy with the quality and appearance of our new roof and gutters. We will recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors.

Bryan and Indemnity analyzed the condition of our roof, arranged for our insurance agent to come to our house and assess the roof(wind damage w/lost shingles) and then arranged a day to put a new roof on our house with the financial assistance of our insurance company. Yes, I said one day. They had a large organized crew and they finished our roof quickly. I was a little worried as their haste was impressive, but I need not worry because they did a beautiful job. There was one soffit corner that was broken in the roof replacement process. I reached out to Bryan and he sent two gentlemen who repaired and painted the soffit. It looked better than new. We need gutters. I will certainly be calling Indemnity.

We recently had our roof replaced by Indemnity Roofing Inc. Our roof was damaged by the February 2024 Hail Storm that affected many homes in the Southern portion of Tyler, Texas. We had previously observed a roof replacement on our neighbor’s home by Indemnity, and thought they did an excellent job. When we were in need of a roofing contractor, this was the company we wanted to use. They were very professional with the administrative portion of the insurance claim, and had a competent, hard-working crew. Our job was completed in two days, and we are completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Indemnity Roofing Inc because of their outstanding work.

Our business is structure, design and architecture of schools and all types of buildings, so we knew what to look for.
