I had extensive damage to my roof due to hail. I called Josh Mims with Dickson roofing on recommendation from a friend. Josh was so good to work with and explained every detail and oversaw the installation of my new roof. He shared with me all of my options and guided me through the process. I am a real estate agent in Tyler and often have clients that need an honest and reputable roofer (one that’s not just out to make money off the insurance companies…. ). I asked a close colleague who they prefer as their “go to” roofer that they recommend to clients & was referred to Dickson Roofing. From the moment I called until we got to the closing table, Shon was on top of it. Every text I sent, he was quick to respond and made me feel like we were the ONLY customer he was working with at that moment and I know that’s not the case. He was always courteous and professional. He was able to accommodate our time schedule in getting the roof done in a short timeframe. (It was required to be completed prior to closing per the lender so we were super grateful for that.) This roof install was not the most smooth process but was NO fault of Dickson Roofing. Shon went above and beyond in helping my buyers get their new roof. I am so pleased with how the whole situation was handled – I, too, will recommend Dickson Roofing when someone asks who I recommend for a roofer.
