Johnny answered his phone and came over the morning I called him after getting a tree limb through the roof. He patched it at no cost and after the weather passed he came back. He fully inspected the roof and sorted out a problem other Roofers had missed. His team worked quickly and did a great job. I definitely recommend this company.

5/10/24 Had roof damage from high winds night before. Called several repair services and decided to call Johnny Moreno @ Roof and Repairs because he was local and able to come by within a couple of hours. Was very punctual showed up exactly when he said he would. Had a good section of shingles that came loose and Johnny was on the roof before my door closed. He nail down section of shingles that had come loose in no time at all. Gave me a nice break on service provided and only asked that I help spread the word to the public. Very happy with Roof and Repairs prompt punctuality and professionalism. Would definitely use Roof and Repairs services in future and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Johnny

Im grateful for the exceptional service provided by Johnny and crew! They recently completed a relatively large hail damage insurance project on my retired mother’s property, and I was very pleased with his professionalism. From start to finish, Johnny displayed his experience and dedication to ensuring every aspect of the project was completed to my mom’s satisfaction. Despite the challenges of working remotely and conveying my mother’s specific preferences, Johnny’s patience and attentiveness were remarkable. The scope of the project varied with the sealing and painting two large barns, a roof replacement, ceiling repair, window screen replacement, chimney repair, siding replacement, and many more smaller items my mom requested to be done such as tree trimming, garage door repairs, front door repair, and more. Due to weather and various set backs the project took a couple of months to complete and Johnny always communicated clearly with my mom. A few mistakes were made and every time my mom brought it up to Johnny, he agreed with her and fixed it. I have a lot of experience in construction, and this is probably most notable to me in terms of what makes a great contractor. My mother can be particular at times, yet Johnny took the time to listen to her concerns and accommodate her wishes with grace and understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Johnny and crew to anyone in need of top-notch contracting. We will be turning to Johnny for future projects.
