Shout out to Jared at Tridom Roofing who did an amazing job on our roof. Our whole neighborhood got hit on the last big hail storm in April. There were many roofers giving bids up and down our street. We reached out to Tridom based on personal experience our friends had a few years ago. Having never filed a home claim in all our years of owning homes, Jared made the process smooth and efficient from start to finish. The roofing crew did an outstanding job on the roof and clean up (those nails can get tricky). But it was the customer service that really stood out. Recommendations carry a lot of weight with us, especially when your trusting them with your home. Would definitely recommend Jared at Tridom based on great Customer service, Quality of work and Competitive pricing.

Jared did an amazing job, he came out and scheduled everything with the insurance, even when the insurance didn’t want to cover the replacement the price was amazing and affordable. Come the install, they started early and were done same day. Excellent work and care. I would recommend them over any company in town due to there communication, accuracy of timelines, and constant updates through the whole process. Thank you Jared.

The epitome of excellence! I met with Jared in my home with a healthy dose of skepticism, although he came highly recommended by my longtime, favorite neighbor and trusted friend. I had already been traumatized by the hail storm that ripped through my roof and I had to make sure that the damage would be completely erased. By the end of the meeting, I was convinced that he was the man for the job. Jared Segovia’s Tridom Roofing team arrived when he said they would, did what they promised to do and went above and beyond even after that—staying when they were done to clear and clean the property. This young man’s integrity is unquestionable! How could he not represent such an incredible team???!!! I am so grateful for the honest and positive encounter. In a world where older citizens are often targets for scammers and rip-off artists, it has been wonderful dealing with folks who are not.

Hi I just so happen to be at my aunt’s house when Jared came for the consultation for my aunt’s Roofing and I must say he was very much on Time Professional going over every little detail of the process that they’re going to do. I do not own a house but I definitely will be passing this on to other homeowners.

Jared and the crew were awesome. I have lived in my home for 20 years and had my roof replaced 4 years ago. Sad to say the last hail storm took a toll on my home. I didn’t think there was any way my insurance would approve a new roof. Jared assisted with the claim submission and approval processes. He was available during the whole process and kept me updated on what the next step would be. The crew was here early on installation day and worked continuously until they were done. My property was left clean and they checked several times for any remaining material. Jared’s knowledge and professionalism is amazing! I highly recommend Tridom, Jared and their team!

We have lived in our home going on 5 years and we have had some leaks I have had to repair myself. So I was aware we had some issues with our roof. I was referred to Jared Segovia by a friend. He came by and inspected my roof in a very timely and professional manner. He showed me areas which could be issues in the future and the issues I currently have. His years of experience in the roofing industry and how professional he was gives me confidence we will be able to get the job done right when the time comes.

Jared and his team did an amazing job. He never dropped the ball. He assisted with obtaining insurance approval and didn’t stop until it was completed. I had three other roofing companies that did not follow through because I had a difficult insurance company, but Jared took over and got the job done. His crew arrived early in the morning and they were done by 1pm. These guys work FAST! They left my property clean, in fact they checked the perimeters three times. The last guy who came in to remove the debri did the final walk through to ensure there were no nails left behind. Overall very professional and efficient. Thank you!

They showed up on time. We’re very neat and finished my roof in one day. Jared made sure everything was clean before they left. My neighbors were impressed how fast the roof went up and how nice it looks. They take credit card payments without charging you extra. This company is amazing! AAA++

Had tridom replace the roof on my home .. to my surprise the Jared found damage to my home 2 other companies didn’t find. The team of tridom and Jared took care of us and delt with my insurance company for us getting the roof redone at the cost of the insurance company which I thought would be hard due to the age of the roof. The team at tridom from the sales staff to the installers were great. They left my house in better shape with a better roof then what it was built with. Now with confidence I can say we will not use any other roofing company and will recommend them to anyone we see who needs a roof as Jared and team know how to deal with the hard unwilling insurance companies. Than you guys for adding vaule and protection to my home for years to come.
