Charlie was amazing! The process was seamless and painless. He walked me through the insurance process and felt with the insurance company.( which where fighting to even pay for my roof) Any alive I give would to be just have a talk with him before signing any contract. My roof was hail damaged in the fall of 2023, two years after I’d had it replaced following a previous hail storm, so I wasn’t happy about having to go through the whole process again. Multiple roofers drove through the neighborhood knocking on doors, and I spoke with a number of them. I had some special requirements because I was handling the insurance claim myself. Charlie with Quick Start Roofing was knowledgeable, flexible, and there was no dedicated salesman. The person I spoke with on the first day was the person that I spoke with throughout the process. Charlie’s guys did a solid job. The roofers I’d used before sent out a lousy crew that had to be called back 3 times to fix things that I’d specifically requested.
