the cost was more reasonable than anticipated. henry & sons roof repair started the roof project a fortnight after giving the quote. they successfully finished the roofing within a three-day period. all the old roofing materials were disposed of, leaving my yard in pearland clean and tidy. so far, i haven’t found any nails in my yard or in my car tires! tristan, ruben, micah, craig, and jeffery, the roofing crew, began work promptly at 8am on all three days.

I am incredibly thankful to have discovered this roofing service. They were professional, polite, and proactive from the commencement to the conclusion of the project. Micah was patient and always ready to help. I had to coordinate the roofing task from a distance, but Micah always made himself accessible for discussions and responded to each email promptly and professionally. I provided pictures of the required repair work and Micah called back to inform me of termite damage. Most of the damage was old, but a small active termite colony was discovered. After treatment, the roof was reinspected and no live termites were found. A start date for the roofing work was then scheduled. The team, including Jeffery and Tristan, were polite and left the property in a better state than they found it in Pearland. They completed the work on schedule, which was a tight one as I was only in town for a few days. I appreciate their attention to my concerns and their ability to stay within the budget.

Ruben and Jeffery, especially, were extremely helpful and patiently answered all of our queries. Our representative from Henry & Sons Roof Repair, Micah, came out not only to check our roof for possible leaks but he also took the extra step to inspect our front house brickwork. Micah admitted that brickwork wasn’t his specialty, but he still wanted to offer some guidance. Fortunately, Micah’s intuition was spot on as he uncovered some cracks in the brick that could have been the source of our indoor water damage. He then recommended some steps to move forward. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, and just being an overall wonderful person. My appreciation is boundless!
