Simplicity roofing did an excellent and very professional installation of our new roof. We were impressed with how efficient the work was done in just a few hours and the cleanup left little evidence they were even here. From Curtis, to the crew, all were friendly, polite, and professional. We had a good experience and we give Simplicity the highest rating because they deserve it!

Please be warned and look for a different roofing company. The entire process was awful with them. We finally got the new roof a couple of years ago but had to keep calling them out because of the poor work they did. Our roof immediately started leaking, they came out and caulked the area while it was pouring down rain. I could never get them to follow up. Now we have 2 leaks and our ceiling now has water damage. Our roof is still under warranty. My calls keep being forwarded and I cannot get any follow up. I assume they will keep ignoring me in hope I file another insurance claim and they will not be out any money. Edited: They repaired the issues and the roof is not leaking. Cosmetically, the repair does not look great but it doesn’t leak. They repaired our ceiling that was damaged as well.

Simplicity Roofing on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills did an outstanding job on my new roof. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone there was very customer service oriented, went way beyond my expectations, explained everything they were doing, told me about a lot of options I had to consider that I didn’t know about. They contacted my insurance company and told them what they would be doing, much better than I could have done. I had to get new decking, decided on a Class 4 roof & the roof color they suggested was a better than I had chosen. I would definitely use them again. A+ & 10 on businesses in town!!

Everyone that I talked to with Simplicity Roofing was always very polite, helpful and ready to answer any questions that I might have. Thanks to them , I have a beautiful, new roof and it was all finished in 1 day, just like they said. Their customer service is fantastic! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

David went over the entire process step by step made sure we understood what would be done, the materials that would be used, the insurance process, everything. We felt very comfortable when he finished. Then really worked with our insurance company to ensure they would civer all that needed to be done and the materials. We paid our deductible and that was it, thank you David and Simplicity roofing. Curtis and his team were very professional. They took great care in protecting our plants and property. Ckean up when they completed was excellent. Very good company to work with to get our roof replaced and not just repaired.

I used Simplicity Roofing to replace the roof on my house. Ian, Curtis, and all the crews did a great job. Simplicity worked directly with my insurance on the claim. Curtis even recommended colors for gutters that would look good on my house. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.
