My experience with Chappell Roofing was excellent. The local representative, Shannon Rainey, came out the night of the storm. He was on oure roof at 10:00 p.m. covering and taping our skylights. As soon as our insurance company had inspected the roof and verified the claim, we were entered into their schedule. On the scheduled date the crew showed up at 8a.m. The crew consisted of about a dozen of some of the hardest working people I have ever been around. They were all polite and knew their jobs well. They worked almost nonstop until the work was finished as the sun was setting. If we have another event, Chappell Roofing will definitely be the first call we make.

I am pleased with my new roof installed yesterday by Chappell Roofing. I have lived in this house for nearly 37 years and have had a few roofs installed now and this is the first time I’ve used Chappell. Project Manager Chris was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure any and all of my concerns were addressed appropriately. This was the smoothest experience we’ve had with roofers. They did a great job with the installation and the cleanup afterwards. It hasn’t rained yet so I can’t say with 100% certainty that we won’t see any leaks, but I will say that I would be shocked if we see any issues like that. And I will also say that even if something unforeseen does crop up, I AM 100% confident that Chappell will come back and make whatever issue needing attention right. Even though I’ve never previously used Chappell before, many people I know and respect have and I’ve never heard any of them complain about using them for their roofing work. Chappell is truly local with a long history and excellent reputation in Midland. I’m confident that you won’t regret letting Chappell Roofing handle your new roof.

We have used Chappell twice to replace our roof when we’ve had hail damage. Their rep, Kepha, is wonderful to work with, and the crew has been on time, hard working, and careful about my yard. Hope we don’t need them again, but if we do, we’ll call Kepha from Chappell.
