Claimwarden came to me with a proven claim resolution assembly line. I was denied by Allstate and honestly totally tired of dealing with it. They explained the re inspection process were able to get coverage applied and ultimately got us a full replacement swiftly! The communication with Chris and his team was excellent start to finish. The insurance company acted just as they had explained. They have a solution for all the games they play! 📍 Highly Recommend!! 🏅

I want to tell you about a negative experience that turned positive for me. I noticed my roof shingles had some damage from hail & storms that rolled through the area. I contacted my insurance company, Allstate, & my claim was DENIED. I never made a home claim for my house in the 20 years that I have been here. I was referred to Chris Futrell, Double R Contracting, by a co-worker. Chris provided professional input & guidance that I needed to get this moving in the right direction. Ultimately my insurance company finally approved full replacement of my roof. Chris Futrell & Rene Mendoza had the passion & care to put the customer first. They went above & beyond to take care of me. It’s rare to find someone who has a passion to take care of the customer in the manner that Chris & Rene did. This was absolutely Exceptional Customer Service!
