Zintex Remodeling Group a month agoFrom meeting with Consultant Matt Santana, scheduler Kianne to installer John, Zintex went over and above! I am well pleased with my bathroom. Installing the shower from the studs, making sure there was no mole from the old shower, Installing the vanity and making sure I understand everything about the appliances and cleaning. Thank you. AND I love the warranty on installation and products! Highly recommend Zintex.

Ultra Exteriors, Inc. a year agoWe are repeat customers and had excellent service when Dave was running his business. A portion of our steel siding was rusting and called to have that section replaced. On Sept 6, Warren, the son now running the business, came out and said he would get us an estimate. Two weeks later I called and LVM regarding still waiting for estimate. Two days later I got a call and was told when Warren comes in she would give him the message. A week later I called again and LVM that we still had not heard back. As of today, I still have not heard back from Warren. It is not as if we were “thinking” about replacing the section, but were going to replace it. At this time, I called Jones & Associates who came out and were more that happy & willing to replace and warranty the section needing replaced. They are here today doing just that. They have definitely earned our respect & business.

Texas Kustom Koncepts 3 years agoI requested an estimate online for some simple wall damage spots caused by my pup. Dustin came out to give me a quote the same day. We scheduled an appointment for the following week on my off day and everything was off to a great start. The appointment was set for 2:00pm. He communicated slightly that he was running behind but I didn’t hear anything for awhile after that. At 5:30pm he texted me that he finished another job and could be at my apartment within an hour and a half. I responded that we could reschedule when he gets back from his vacation cause it sounded like he had a long, unexpected day. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 12pm. Another off day of mine. At 11:57 he told me he was on the way. At 12:50 I got a call from someone named keelie and she told me he was running behind and would get there at 3-4pm. I didn’t hear from him until 9:34pm… over 9 hours after our scheduled appointment. For some reason, I tried scheduling with him again. He told me he could come Sunday at 11am. When 11am rolled around and he wasn’t here I asked if he was coming or not. He said he was on the way. Never showed up, no communication. I don’t understand why he agreed to each appointment and kept telling me he was on the way but never showed up. I wasted three of my off days waiting on Dustin. I move out in 3 weeks and I was relying on him to keep his word. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company/ person.

Right Way Construction 8 months agoNeil Peters was very professional, and experienced as a general contractor. Our house flooded due to a busted pipe under the slab in our kitchen. Neil came in and coordinated an effort with our plumbers to demolish the area down to the slab then he repaired everything that we had to demolish in order to repair our pipes. Everything looks better than it did before the flooding occurred. Neil was always professional and on time. He did, wood work, tile, concrete and vinyl floor repairs for us and also painted everything to match perfectly. The work he did looks outstanding and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good contractor for home repairs or improvements.
