This company is great to deal with. No pressure and honest. I knew I needed a repair or new roof resulting from storm damage, just wasn’t sure of the extent. They made recommendations and presented options and didn’t hound the insurance company. Ultimately installed a new roof, they did great work and didn’t leave a mess

We had a great experience working with Evan Dozier. He has a great crew. They did great work and also an awesome cleanup. They did some repairs to wood trim in addition to the roof replacement. Target date was set at three weeks out and we started on the exact day targeted. Very professional from beginning to end.

Mil-Spec roofing and construction redid all the fascia, soffits, and siding on my house. They installed a new front door and installed some recessed lights. The craftsmanship was top-notch, with great attention to detail. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up all the debris at the end of each day. I am very happy with my decision to use Mil-Spec roofing and construction. I’ll be using them to install gutters soon.

August 2020 – Easy to schedule an on-site estimate. Friendly staff have reasonable estimate with options. Team did quality job for roof repair as well as sheetrock from the leak and fall through ceiling. Definitely will give them a call when roof needs to be replaced. Dec 2020 – called them out to repair chimney leak and again fast quality work for reasonable price. inspected Monday, estimate Tuesday, work completed on Thursday.

We love Mil-Spec Roofing & Construction! They are honest, on time, responsive and do high quality work. They have done maintenance on our roof and repairs for us. When it does come time to replace our roof, Mil-Spec will be our go to roof company.

Rob with Mil-Spec is a contractor I would definitely recommend. He has done some minor repairs on our roof that have ultimately saved me money from not having major issues from them. He is honest and extremely helpful!

So here’s my story. In June I heard something on my roof and went outside to inspect. It was 2ish a.m. and I was greeted by a raccoon. He/She just looked at me and I looked at it…I slowly went back inside and all I could think of was “Are there more and are they in my attic?” Fast forward a day or so and I heard them again but this time it was 6ish a.m. and I didn’t see anyone. Hired a local company to come inspect points of entry and set a live trap for any lingering raccoons. Lined up a handyman to come do some fascia/small roof repair. Trap got no one and points of entry were temporarily covered. Handyman didn’t show. Got smart and realized I needed an actual roofer to help me with my fascia/small roof repairs. Called Mil-Spec Roofing based on recommendations from the Nextdoor App. Stars must be aligned in my favor and I thank the raccoons and no-show handyman for leading me to Mil-Spec. I had a hail insurance claim from May 2019 that wasn’t fulfilled because insurance is intimidating and the roofer I had was not willing to work with the numbers presented…so, it was put on the back burner. Evan Dozier from Mil-Spec came out and looked at everything and as we were talking the old claim came up. Evan has made this process of getting a new roof with an insurance claim so much easier than how it was presented to me last year. I cannot express enough how his calm reassurance to all my questions and texts (that never go unanswered) has made this process enjoyable. I’ve also had woodwork/painting done on the outside of the house and repainting of ceiling stains done inside. Every single worker that has been at my house from Mil-Spec has been beyond impressive with their work ethic. It has been refreshing and remarkable to witness such hard working and caring individuals. I’m very much looking forward to not flinching anymore when it rains knowing I have a new roof that works and looks amazing. I love driving up to my house and seeing how much better it looks. I enjoy people stopping me in the front yard asking about the work and receiving compliments. I love looking up at my ceiling and not seeing a huge stain. I cannot say enough how lucky I feel to have had such a positive experience with a company that has done so much for my peace of mind…and home vanity. I’m so glad that they also do fences and Hardi-plank for future wish-list projects.

Great Veteran owned business! Very responsive and helpful. It’s not just about the Money with the owner Evan he’s there to help get what you need and comfortably. Helped me with an Inspection and quote for replacement for this tax appraisal year and he did it quick and in a hurry.
