Extremely professional and did a great job. Was highly referred by close friends and didn’t disappoint at all. Finished very quickly and barely noticed it all happened outside of the obvious banging on the roof the short period I was at home at the same time. Haven’t seen any loose screws or trash yet so it seems like they cleaned up really well too. Would recommend to any friends or family.

I contacted the business to have someone come out and inspect my parent’s roof for any potential damage. Ahmad (the owner) was very professional and respectful to my parents throughout it all and he was the contact person to handle all the financial transactions. We are very grateful for Ahmad making things right. The gentleman that came by the house to inspect is JB. He was very professional and nice. He came out and was very thorough with explaining the minor damage and he took pictures of the roof and he and my dad went up in the attic together. My mom really like him for explaining everything and showing pictures. Unfortunately the low rating is due to someone coming out to repair the roof (he did not speak English) without knowing what he was repairing because he did not have access to the pictures of the damages. The roof was not completely repaired to their satisfaction. The owner gave my parents half of the money back. Do not trust the five star reviews. I picked this company due to the 5 stars. No one and no company is perfect. The owner does not like bad reviews and he tried to “pay us back”in order to get a 5 star review. My mom is not satisfied and said she deserved to have a full refund.

JB from Achilles is the rep you want. He is true to his word. Hail storm hit my area in March, I called Achilles and scheduled a meeting to assess the damage. JB shows up on time and explained the whole process of a roof replacement including how to file a claim with my insurance, the next steps, etc in a way that I understood. This is my first roof replacement experience so this information was vital to me. I pointed out some areas of concern regarding my roof and JB assured me that they will be fixed. He also assured that the crew will clean up after themselves. After my insurance claim was approved, I scheduled 3 other roofing companies to come out and give quotes. I ultimately decided to stick with Achilles based on this research. Unfortunate weather caused my roof to take 3 days to complete instead of 1. I do not blame the roofing company for this, its weather. None of us can control it. Towards the end of the job, i noticed and took pictures of the original areas of concern from DAY 1 with JB that the roofing crew did not address. JB immediately apologized and assured me again that this will be taken care of at the final walk through. Final walk through: JB was not able to get any other crew members to assist as a tornado hit Houston and they were scrambling to assist those homes. JB still shows up, puts on his gear, and goes to work by himself. He spent 7 hours addressing the concerns i mentioned previously. Mind you, this is the final walk through, and he put an additional 7 hours of work by himself. He was not able to finish, and we had to schedule another final walk through. 2nd Final walk through: JB was able to grab an additional crew worker and they both spent another 5 hours to finish my roof. I mentioned that the crew cleaned up fairly well outside of the house from shingles and nails falling down the sides, but my attic was now a mess with debris. JB apologized and then went into my attic to clean up. IN HOUSTON SUMMER HEAT. This review would easily be 5/5 if the crew had addressed my earlier concerns during the original replacement and not the final walk through. Also if they had cleaned up debris that fell in the attic. However, JB saved this review and the reputation of Achilles by holding true to his word and doing what he said he would.

I originally contacted a different company prior to Achilles and had a poor experience at that place. I found Achillies on google and saw they got great ratings so i decided to give them a shot. Ahmad was quick to provide service not only for a quote, but fixed my issue the same day! I appreciate the sense of urgency and customer service! They also matched the price of the other company. Thank you so much!!

We needed a repair from the recent storms. Achilles was the second company we contacted, the first one kept delaying their arrival due to bigger jobs taking priority. After letting the first company go and contacting Achilles, Ahmad came out quickly and gave us a fair quote and scheduled us the next day (after we had been waiting 3 weeks on the other company, we were thrilled). Day of the repair, Ahmad was very communicative with a delay that morning due to a staff call out. Jorge came that afternoon and did the work. It looks good! We’re very pleased with this experience and will go straight to Achilles for future repairs.
