Our Contractor Dylan was the best! After the Tornado in temple he worked with my Insurance Adjuster to make sure all damages were on the claim , constant communication, very detailed on the plans to get my house back in shape and had a very good crew of workers

We had Texas Direct do our roof. The experience with them was so smooth and efficient! We were so happy with them that we had Texas Direct also fix our home exterior and paint. They were great and did high quality work! Ron C was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with!! He was very responsive to messages, stayed on top of the job, and made everything go smoothly!! We were so very pleased with them and would recommend them highly!

Compliments to Steven Ford at Texas Direct. He has been our “storehouse of knowledge” throughout our entire roofing process and responsive when we had questions or concerns. Texas Direct Roofing and Construction guided us through the entire roof replacement process when our roof suffered its second major hail storm within 4 years of being built. We upgraded our roof and vents in the process. Our garage door, gutters and downspouts were also dented all over and they were replaced. Completion was timely as well as paperwork and billing. Hopefully we won’t have to replace the roof for decades, but if we do, we will call them!

This was our first experience ever with filing an insurance claim for hail damage caused to our home. As you can imagine, there were roofing companies knocking on our door virtually every day to try to get our business. We had heard horror stories about some roofers not being trustworthy. and we wanted to take our time and make the right decision. These guys came out during the Tornado in Temple TX. They tarped my roof for free, twice. Pete has been incredibly helpful. They have some weird reviews that may be from bots so I thought it was a scam at first but Pete made me feel better.
