Mike is very responsive, and quick to reply back or call back if issues arise. Great overall work done by all the roofers. Backed installation with warranty provided as well. Very satisfied with the work done and will keep using this company for all of our churches repairs. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mike came out and managed the job professionally. He ended up special ordering my metal roof it’s a standing seam since I’m next to the water. Is a difficult install have a really steep roof. I believe it comes with a 30-year warranty it is beautiful! I’m in the process of seeing about the spray on another building in Santa Fe. I believe it’s some kind of leak guard so it’ll buy you more time so you don’t have to replace your roof. Great guy to do business with

This company was amazing to work with! Fast, reliable and affordable! Customer service was very professional and courteous which was well appreciated when your looking at water coming into the house. South Coast came out quickly and did a thorough inspection. Not only did they give me a fair price to repair the leak but also worked very quickly and cleaned up everything after they finished! Highly recommend
