Neeman and his team at TX Platinum construction recently finished the roofing insurance claim on my house in Little Elm, TX. Neeman was personable, prompt, and professional throughout the whole process. Even though the insurance company gave us a few hiccups, we worked through it. The new roof, vents, gutters, and exterior package gave our house a much needed facelift! The work was completed the right way by hard workers, who take pride in their trades.

The project included roof replacement and repair of gutters, fences and more. TX Platinum’s scope also included remodeling the property inside painting. Fantastic job! While me being in California, I needed a trustworthy company to work with. This has been a flawless experience. The house in is a beautiful condition and ready to sell. With no reservation, I will strongly recommend TX Platinum Construction as a reliable contractor.

I’m a little late in posting my review but it doesn’t change how great of an experiencewI had working with Neeman. He was transparent, responsive, and candid which are traits I look for when I’m selecting a company. He took the time to walk me through the process and I was able to learn a few things along the way. I know when I need roof work done, I’ll be contacting TX Platinum Construction.

I cannot say enough good things about Neeman and the team at TX Platinum. His attention to detail was unmatched. I chose TX Platinum from 5 companies I interviewed, so I did my homework. They were the most thorough on the assessment and the most generous regarding services offered. When the job was done and I had a couple of issues that we had agreed on early on, but weren’t in the contract, Neeman still honored his word. In my experience, that is a rarity these days. I would have no hesitation recommending TX Platinum to anyone needing work done on their roof or house.
