The Knockout Roofing crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. The guys were on time and efficient with what they do. Did an excellent job on cleaning up after they finished as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks allot Marletta for the awesome experience.

Would not recommend. Shady practices and incomplete job with no communication to complete the job as was written. When asked when the job would be complete, they indicated not enough material was ordered to complete the job and to wait for them to complete another home so enough material would be available to complete mine. And still, the job hasn’t been complete, 6 months later. Yet, they want their final payment for the contract. Also, roof is leaking and they will not honor their warranty on their workmanship. Unbelievable. Plenty of roofing companies out there, i’m sad and disgusted that I chose this one.

Knockout Roofing knocked it out of the park. Marleta helped us every step of the way. She handled all communication with insurance. The guys worked nonstop to install the new roof. The new gutters look amazing and are installed correctly, as our old gutters weren’t! Highly recommended for a low stress roof replacement.

Marleta and Jay did an awesome job getting my roof, gutters, and facia done in a timely manner. In scorching June heat, the facia and gutters were put up. Worked Saturday and even on Father’s Day Sunday. Concerns of previous roofing company were shared and everything was taken care or meticulously. All plants and little vegetable garden survived. Highly advise to install ridge vents vs. Traditional attic fans, especially in Texas heat. I would recommend using Knockout roofing

Marletta was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that the Insurance company did their due diligence! (And boy it was a battle) She walked me through the process throughout providing pictures and videos and communicated with me and the insurance company the whole time. Once the job started it was done in a very timely manner and clean up was great as well. It looks beautiful. I am now so relieved and comfortable in my home knowing I have a good roof over my head! She also helped me in so many ways with repairs! Thank you!!

This is my 4th roof to replace while living in North Texas, I have lived here my entire life. I have never had a better experience in dealing with a roof company! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort that Marleta at Knockout Roofing provided. She is also a certified General Contractor and was by far the most knowledgeable. She was very fair in pricing and, my goodness, this young woman put in so much time and effort to help me. She also helped me with a separate water damage claim. She is also a local person who has lived in N. Texas her whole life and still does with her family now. You have to be careful of doing business with others who just come in after storms and then they leave later with no follow up customer service. (“storm chasers”). I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I will always call on her going forward if we have to deal with this again. Chances are, we will.

This contractor is a scammer she forged checks not in her name and sent false pictures to my mortgage and left drywall and trash all in my yard. Avoid knock out roofing at all cost very unprofessional and poor work I would never recommend this company

BUYER BEWARE! MARLETA MARIE BRAND-WILSON aka Knockout Roofing LLC (JEREMY ‘JAY’ LEE WILSON-Owner/Husband of for future reference herein] was hired and signed a contract IN GOOD FAITH for work to be COMPLETED on a home by one Steven Shafer out of Corsicana, TX for a complete home renovation after ice storm earlier this year ruptured all plumbing for house located in ceiling destroying the house and all contents while he was out of state on business. Marleta M. Wilson was fired for fraudulent business tactics by Steven Shafer as he had every right to do for incompetence and dishonest business practices but not before she STOLE over 161K in FORGED CHECKS SIGNING THE HOMEOWNERS NAME without consent nor release. After she was fired, she continued to make false claims and accepted more checks and cashed them also, making false claims and committing fraud and sending pictures of other completed projects saying it was Steven Shafers home when it wasn’t. Also, she forged multiple signatures of homeowner on other mortgage company and insurance documents. She forged multiple signatures on checks even after he fired her for lying to him, the insurance company, the mortgage company and fraudulently accepting over 161K with sub par minimal to no work completed. I saw the photos. He showed me this DISASTER of a house so I saw it with my own two eyes. It is HORRIFIC. FORGERY, FRAUD, DISHONEST and basic thieves. She and her company are about to be sued and brought up on civil and criminal charges. All avenues on social media and otherwise will be exhausted regarding these common crooks until Steven Shafer is made whole. Disparaging the homeowner and then labeling him as ‘evil’ is laughable. It is only a last ditch effort of recovery on her part and nothing more. It’s expected. Of course they will blame the homeowner. What else can they do? Steven Shafer has all the proof he needs for court. This ‘contractor’ can respond however they like and say whatever they want on here but the real truth always has a way of coming out. Video and photos don’t lie. Scammers like her and her company do. Also, threatening the homeowner with PHYSICAL VIOLENCE through the new contractor by relaying to him that she is going to have her husband find Steven Shafer to assault him is even more criminal behavior on her part. What a joke. Complete nightmare. DO NOT HIRE. Unreal.
