Dtx has asked us 2 times to remove our bad reviews which we did because they promised results would be coming soon. This was back in March and April. They still have not finish the siding job they started back on October 3rd 2023. They said they were pulling a building permit that they didn’t pull from the beginning of the job. They said this is what we are waiting for. But just talked to the city and they said no permit is applied for at my address. This has been the excuse since February. City said permits for Roofing and siding is a same day process. Yet here we are still waiting. We just wanted to let people know be cautious when dealing with this company. We are highly unsatisfied that our home is not completely finished after 8 months and will be using another company to finish. I wish I could figure out how to add my pictures to my review. UPDATE: it is now June 14th And still nothing. Now over 9 months and still not finished. Haven’t heard from anyone in 10 days when I was told that Jackson would be here in Saturday the 8th to get everything scheduled like always just got blown off. At least we now have a backup company that will finish.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all!!! When they did the roof, they sent extremely unprofessional reps. They will lie to your face, throw each other under the bus, show up to the job site drunk, ignore your requests, leave debris all of the place, their billing is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, etc. I paid them in full 2 years ago and have even provided proof that they’ve been fully paid, and every few months, they come back saying I haven’t paid them. I thought this was squared away a few months ago when I was assured I was good by the VP, but nope! They have yet again come back asking for more money from a job they were paid for 2 years ago! They offered gift cards to get me to remove the negative review and never sent them. So it should make you question if you can really trust these reviews if they’re paying people to take the negative ones down. They definitely AREN’T 5 stars! Avoid them!!!

Now after talking with Josh he threatened putting a lein on our house. They haven’t even finished they did fascia and half the side of the house then stopped then did another section and stopped. They didn’t even take the old fascia off first and now it’s all wavy.

Jackson was fantastic with our claims process. In construction things never go as planned, but they made sure they took care of me. They fixed everything they needed to in the long run. I highly recommend because they do stick to their word and get things done in a timely manner!
