I highly recommend choosing this company. Mitch was very responsive in communicating, and even took on responsibilities with adjusting additional estimates with our insurance company. Regardless if Alpha was going to be the contractor doing the work or not. Mitch and team were also very informative throughout the process, so we knew what to expect. But what I appreciated most was that Mitch had come out to our home multiple times prior to the work actually needing to be done (Over 2 years), and was honest in telling us that we did not need to replace our roof just yet. That alone said a lot to us for the integrity of who we were working with. They will be honest, responsive, and informative. I will do business again with them.

Alpha came out quickly to assess the problem and found my dryer vents were not sealed by another roofer and the location was in a bad spot to begin with which was on top of the roof under a gutter. All of the torrential rain caused water to flow into the vent hose and into my dryer. The guys did a fantastic job replacing the vents with metal ones and relocating them to a better spot. Highly recommend this company!

I have worked with Alpha for the last 8 months. When our insurance company denied us for our roof claim, Alpha stayed and fought for us to get our roof replaced. Cameron checked on us and kept in touch through out the whole fight. We were able to get a total roof replacement because of Alpha. They also did gutters for us afterwards. I’ll refer Cameron and Alpha to anyone for all your exterior and construction needs. Thank you for fighting for us and sticking beside us through the storms. They did a wonderful job and everyone is telling us how good our house looks.

Great customer service, very prompt. I called for a roof inspection after the latest round of storms and Logan came out the same day. He was very professional, courteous and on-time. He also went the extra mile by removing some of the debris left on my roof from the storm.

In a recent Texas storm, we lost the siding on our chimney. Not knowing who to call, a friend recommended we reach out to José and Alpha. One week later, the job is done. The team came by and covered the chimney prior to rain, they worked through the rain to get it done, and the communication and leadership from José was second to none. Amazing job and THANK you for taking such great care of us!
