After meeting Roger and doing business with him, I found that one of his qualities is his integrity. One of the highest I’ve met in a long time. He does what he says he will do and there’s no discussion. You can only hope to find men in this business with this quality. Everyone on his team is in the same vein. Just a quality Roofing Company, out there trying to help.

I just cannot say enough good things about Roger. Honest, good communicator, shows up on time, great workmanship, and the list goes on. I work offshore, and was not home when Roger was scheduled to put my roof on. I watched on my Ring camera as he pulled in 15 minutes prior to when he said he would be arriving to start the work so he would be able to set up and start on time. Through our conversations, Roger knew I was interested in the process and would rather be present for the work, but I had to be offshore at the time. Without me asking, Roger sent me video and photo updates so I could see the process and so he could explain what he was doing and why! After the job was completed my property was left spotless. As if this all was not enough, Roger sent out an employee to power wash my driveway and sidewalk as a thank you! Now that is indeed customer service! Forget the other companies. CALL ROGER!

I hate to leave a negative review, but our experience with Roger the Roofer was less than smooth. Roger is very personable, but does not follow through or communicate changes well. We were not kept in the loop on scheduling. The company did not file for a permit until we received a warning. The company never scheduled the inspection. Some of the work was done by a 15 year old with little to no experience or supervision. That part of the project was corrected, but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. The gutters were installed with the incorrect angles and did not drain properly. I had to take a video during a rain storm to show they were installed incorrectly. The one good thing is that Roger was willing to work with us to fix the things that were done poorly or damaged in the process. The roof also hasn’t leaked.

I highly recommend Roger the Roofer. We worked personally with Roger to get our roof replaced after hail damage and he helped us through each step and was very kind and professional. They got our job completed very quickly and we are impressed with the outcome.

Roger checked out what I thought was a leak in my roof. Thankfully, it wasn’t and his advice and explanation were extremely helpful. He inspected the area at no charge. 5 Stars to Roger the Roofer!

We have used Roger multiple times and he is very honest and responsive. We called him out to evaluate our roof, given the past hail and windstorms. after doing an inspection he told us that the roof was fine and nothing needed to be done. I really appreciate his honesty. Never tried to upsell us on anything. Great communication. Very reliable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend him.

We recently purchased a rental house in Ft. Worth where there were concerns about the structural integrity of the rafters, especially since the HVAC system is suspended from them in the attic. Roger went out of his way to meet me at the house, then graciously informed me that he unfortunately would not be able to take any of our money. All aspects of the roof are in good shape, so we no longer have any worries or need to head up I-35 from Austin – at least for problems with the roof!.. Thank you Roger!
