We had an excellent experience with them. Chad and Taylor went above and beyond, and were personally involved in every step of the process of our roof replacement. When other companies threw up their hands when we didn’t get approved for financing through their in-house financing company, we thought we were going to have to pay for it entirely out of pocket. However, Smitty’s worked with us to find a company who could help, and that’s indicative of every interaction we had with them. We will be using them again in the future for any home services in the future.

Chad from Smitty’s came to my rescue when a less than acceptable company tried to take advantage of me, being a senior. Chad and his team came in repaired all of the shoddy work that was started and did the most amazing job on my roof. He made sure it fit into my remaining budget and did top quality work. I get complements on my new roof all the time and this company is absolutely amazing. Professional, prompt, kind and attentive to your concerns.

Our experience from beginning to end was SO easy. Our insurance company started out wanting to pay basically nothing….and with the help of Smittys excellent personnel we were able to get right at the total of the original bid for roof replacement. This isn’t to exclude the personal involvement on their part from the onset. They were always easy to get ahold of…..always answered a text call or email within minutes…..oversaw the crew and made sure cleanup was acceptable and gave the entire (what can be a stressful process) task a flawless and stress-free experience for us. They also performed every phase of the roofing job as they explained and were all very timely down to the exact day. They also treat you as your job is the only job they are dealing with and it makes you feel 100% confident!! I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Great Contractor. Smitty’s Roofing did a great job from beginning to end. They worked everything out with my insurance company so I didn’t have to be stressed out dealing with insurance. Great work, cleaned up afterwards and did everything that they said. Thank You for everything..

We were extremely pleased with the job Chad and Smitty’s Roofing provided in working with our insurance company and repairing/replacing our damaged roof, along with the other storm damages we had. Chad, Taylor and Mike were all so very easy to work with. They all took the extra steps to make sure our work was done properly and that we were satisfied. If we have to go through storm and roof damages again, they will be our first call. Thank you all for the great service.

Brian Karmy with Smitty’s Roofing was the best General Contractor we’ve had! Besides getting our roof fixed and approved by our insurance, he handled getting crews to repair all of the other storm damage such as our metal building , carports, screens, gutters and metal work. We liked their work and ethics enough I have sent him to both of my elderly parents. Brian even stopped by after the baseball size hail we had later to make sure everything was ok. We will use them again if needed.

Thanks to Smitty’s Roofing and Construction, I now have a new roof on my home, workshop, and barn. As roofing contractors, Chad and Taylor Norris went above and beyond to accomplish this. They negotiated with the insurance company, took care of every minute detail and completed the job with utmost perfection! Their honesty and integrity are second to none! I guess I will jump on the bandwagon of satisfied Smitty’s Roofing & Construction customers. It was great to work with Chad, Taylor, and Chad’s father Mike. They explain the procedure to you, so you know everything is going as planned. Chad believes in doing things the right way. Chad also believes that insurance companies should pay to restore your property to the way it was before the damage occurred. Chad is like hiring an attorney to represent you, to settle your claim. My roof, vents, flashing, gutters, and screens were repaired to my satisfaction. I only had to pay my depreciation, not a penny more. 3 weeks after I settled up with Chad, I discovered another damaged screen. Chad had it repaired and returned it to me, no questions asked. I will gladly recommend Smitty’s Roofing & Construction.

These guys took care of my roof, gutters, exterior paint and did a fantastic job. Everyone involved were easy to work with and went above and beyond the scope of work. Would definitely recommend Chad and his crew to work on your house!
