My mom was struggling with a leaky roof. Just a few hours after contacting them, the friendly representative, Brayden, showed up to assess the roof on a casual Saturday morning. Before we knew it, we were handed a quote and a contract. By the next Wednesday, the roofing materials were delivered and by Friday morning, my mom was under a brand new roof. This was undoubtedly the BEST experience we’ve ever had. I also want to point out that apart from the stunning new roof, there’s no hint that they were even here. Outstanding customer care! Brayden, one of their representatives, came to our establishment in Channelview to provide a quote. He was experienced and trustworthy. We were dealing with a terrible roof leak and assumed we’d need to replace the entire roof. Other roofers we consulted insisted on a complete roof replacement, but Brayden recommended a simple patch job because our roof was still in excellent condition. He saved us a significant amount of money. The project was completed about a week later, taking only a few hours. It’s been around 7 weeks since the repair and not a single leak, even after it rains.
