Sam was easy to work with and he was able to do all the work he promised and then some. Every time I need roof work done I’m calling him from now on. I highly recommend Skye roofing. Four yrs ago I had a big company from Plano replace my roof and they only did the minimum for max payment. When I needed them to come back for a leak they denied responsibility. Sam did quality work and went above and beyond. He listened and payed attention to small details which I appreciated.

Sam was professional and easy to work with. He was at the house when the insurance agent came out to inspect the roof and made the whole process very easy. He listened to the type of shingle and venting that I wanted to put on the house. He and his team completed the job in a timely manner and provided great quality work. He followed up with me after the work was completed and I was very pleased with the overall finished look of the house. The roof and gutters look great. I would highly recommend Sam and his team for your roof and gutter needs.

Sam Karpaty, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. He inspected the roof and even had one of his contacts inspect the decking from within the attic to ensure it was properly supported when we asked. He listened to what we wanted concerning the type of shingle and even type of venting. He provided a good price with quality work. His team came out and completed the roofing in a timely manner. He followed up with us after the roof was completed to ensure we were pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Sam for any roof or gutter updates needed.

We had a hail storm back in May and used Skye Roofing for our roof, windows, fence, and gutter repair. Sam was very professional and great to work with. He provided an overview of what to expect and kept us well informed throughout the process. We had a few minor hiccups and Sam was quick to step in to take care of things and went above and beyond on service. Highly recommend Sam and Skye Roofing.

I HIGHLY recommend Skye Enterprises Roofing!! SAM, the Owner, was professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with when replacing our roof!! He guaranteed us the roof would be completely replaced and all areas cleaned up within a few days and it was actually completed sooner than expected. His roofers were very responsive, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion of the job. Sam also made sure everything ran smoothly and would check in with us each day to ensure the job was being done to our satisfaction. He also worked with our Insurance Company, as well as the HOA, and made sure everything was handled correctly. I can’t say enough about Sam Karpaty and his roofing company, Skye Enterprises and Construction, you certainly will NOT be disappointed!! The work certainly speaks for itself! OH! And he also follows up with you weeks after the job is completed to make sure everything with the roof is good! I’ll ALWAYS use and refer Sam and his Company, Skye Enterprises & Construction!
