Straight Solutions helped me with roofing when I remodeled my home. They did a great job. I recently reached out to ask about a small modification I’d like to make. The owner, Brian, was kind enough to stop by and draw up a solution. The turnaround for fabrication and install really impressed me. Same for the quality of their work. Ben and his team were great. We are really happy with how the roof turned out and will be happy in 20 years when we have no need to replace our roof again. They thoroughly cleaned up around the house after every work day and arrived on time each day. Would use their company again but we won’t have to! Thanks, Ben!

It was a pleasure working with Ben and the whole Straight Solutions crew. They did a fantastic job converting our shingles to a beautiful metal roof, and answered my many questions along the way. We went out for multiple bids, and Straight was a great value for the double crimped and Kynar coated. We’ve received compliments from the whole neighborhood.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. However, today I’m glad to. Ben and his team just finished installing our metal roof and we absolutely could not be happier! Due to hail, this is the 2rd new roof we’ve had within ~2 years. The first ones had asphalt shingles, so this time we decided to go with metal. We got 3 proposals and the one from Strait turned out to be the best value in all the ways that matter to us. To list a few: (1) they build it with all standing seams, which requires more skill and time to install than metal panels that snap together; (2) they clearly take pride in their workmanship and cleanup each day; (3) Smooth process: Ben kept us informed about dates, weather and scheduling; (4) Roof looks great; (5) Even with all that, the cost was lower than all quotes from others. Straight literally exceeded everything we expected.

I am very happy that I hired straight solutions to replace our roof. They were easy to work with, the end result is high quality, and the price was competitive. The metal roof looks amazing.

I highly recommend Ben Fuller and Straight Solutions! They were very easy to deal with and provided good value for a quality product. From the first call, Ben was professional and highly engaged. He submitted a bid quickly and at a fair price. After engagement, he called regularly to keep me updated on the schedule and weather contingency. His crew was great as well. They did a professional job and ensured the site was clean daily. I have already received compliments on the roof from builder friends. I hope to never need another roof after this one, though if I did Ben would be my first call.

Brian was a pleasure to work with – knowledgable about his craft and happy to discuss all the options. He came out when he said he would, called to keep us up to date on the schedule and had a new roof on our house within 4 weeks. The crew cleaned up every day when they left and the roof they installed looks great. This was, hands down, the easiest and most stress free home improvement project I’ve undertaken. 11/10, would roof again, except I won’t need to because this roof will outlast me.

Contacted Straight Solutions for a quote. Ben arrived on time. 5 minutes into the conversation about some fascia boards that need to be replaced, Ben stated he is wasting his time and left. Straight Solutions replaces roofs and only that. Any other work including fascia boards on the roof edge will require a separate contractor. Not impressed with the interaction. Can’t imagine what would happen if issues were found mid-replacement.

Installation was over 4 years ago and haven’t had any issues. Great company and Ben was helpful throughout and has been responsive to questions after the installation

Fantastic company. Ben was super communicative and our finished roof looks SO GOOD. They get booked up but are well worth the wait.
