Job was completed within the time frame Ms. Prescott informed me and she kept communication open with me during the project. Answered all my questions and meet me at my rental. She is an asset to Onward Roofing. I find her professionalism and knowledge of roofing to be excellent! Again, thank you Mike and Ilaria! Onward Roofing gets two thumbs way up. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, affordable, and honest people from roof inspection to finished project. ILARIA PRESCOTT, Project manager, came over and did a thorough inspection of the roof. She helped me select quality shingles, class 3, and answered all of my detailed questions. The cost of upgraded shingle will be recovered within the first year of my homeowners insurance. With climate change and the cost of housing always on the rise I am so glad I upgraded to a higher quality shingle. Roof installation was quick to get scheduled and completed. JUAN GUERRA, Project Manager, was on site during the installation and took so many photos of what was being done on my roof at all stages during the project. ONWARD ROOFING is the best roofing company I’ve hired (4 others) in my 41 years of living in ATX. So happy I went with this company. Well done!

Onward sent Ilaria to come do an assessment after a hail storm and she really set us right. She was very experienced with the process of working with our insurance and her team was very fast to execute on getting our house re-roofed. Communication was very clear and Ilaria was on top of it the whole time. We certainly felt in good hands and would recommend Onward should hail strike (or insert any other natural disaster) again.

Rich is fantastic. We had a tree fall on our roof and Rich made it to our house the same day to put a temporary patch in place so we didn’t get water damage during the rain that hit over the next week. His knowledge and recommendations about dealing with insurance helped us tremendously. Can’t say enough good things!

Rich came out to inspect my roof after a minor leak during some extremely heavy rain, he checked not only the location of the leak but the entire two stories of roof thoroughly, found a number of areas that needed caulking and did it on the spot! Rich was super knowledgable and explained the state of the roof, what caused the leak etc and just generally great to work with. Coincidentally, my neighbor had a tree branch fall on his house the night before Rich was due to come out leaving a hole in their roof, Rich was able to get it patched quickly to prevent any further damage from upcoming inclemet weather and assess what needed to be done long term. All round a great experience!
