We took several bids and only felt comfortable with Longhorn Roofing. Tom Green took time and went over the process with my wife and I. Most were storm chasers. Longhorn did everything they promised. We have new roof and we are satisfied.

Longhorn Roofing did an amazing job at our house. Joe Landry was great — clear communication, efficient service, lots of information. We had a very old roof, and they did the job quickly and well, addressing minor problems with facia and soffits along the way. They found a major issue with the chimney and fixed it after consulting with us about solutions. We are super happy with our roof, with the service, and with a very fair price.

Hard to imagine a better experience replacing the roof after a recent hailstorm! I contacted Longhorn roofing after the adjuster finished the inspection and got immediate response. Shortly thereafter, they came by, looked things over, sent details on roofing choices, and walked me through the process. We talked about timetable for repairs and were able to get the work done in one day that worked for my schedule. The crew was professional and through, they have worked for the company for years which I’ve always viewed as a strong endorsement for how it’s run. I highly recommend Longhorn roofing!

Longhorn Roofing is the best company in town. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also great communicators on when & where my materials for my roof would arrived. They got the job done in a timely manner. I would use them in the future on my other house. I would also recommend them to family and friends. Awesome team from start to finish.

Our roof was due for renewal, and I contacted three roofing companies to get advice and quotes. Joe Landry of Longhorn Roofing replied within hours and came by the same afternoon. After checking the roof, he pointed out some weaknesses in the existing installation, and also recommended to replace the box vents by ridge vents (more efficient, and less prone to leaks). The quote came quickly, and was in the same ballpark as the quote from the second roofer, which did not include corrections to the installation and replacement of the vents. Correspondence with the second roofer was substantially slower than with Longhorn Roofing. The third roofing company that I contacted never responded. Obviously, we decided to go with Longhorn Roofing, and we got on the schedule surprisingly quickly. The work was mostly done in one day; one of the crew came back the next day to finish up the last bit of work. The crew was respectful and pleasant, did a great job, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves (they left our yard cleaner than they found it). Very happy with the whole experience, would use them again.

I’ve worked with dozens of companies around Austin and have had a hard time finding quality work. After working with this company, I can easily say Longhorn Roofing is second to none on punctuality, quality, and competitive pricing. I had an issue pop up on a Friday afternoon that I wanted resolved ASAP. We had someone at our house working on it at 9AM Saturday morning. I had a few follow up questions that were answered promptly and with great detail. Outstanding people.

We can’t say enough good things about the Longhorn Roofing company located in Round Rock, TX. Our story starts with a very scary situation for us, when we got big hail on September 24th. Our question was who will repair our roof? We preferred to choose a local company and we did not regret it. They did an amazing job. We were working with sales associate Joe Landry who helped us with an explanation of how the new roof will be installed. In the meantime, he did an outstanding job getting the hard-to-find shingles we wanted, and we are very appreciative. In addition to getting a new roof, we even got new soffits. We would like to give a special thanks to all the team of Longhorn Roofing who helped us install our roof, were very kind, and impressed us with their professionalism, promptness, and quality of work. The main thing was they made us happy. We are ready to call this company the Best Roofers in Round Rock, TX.

Tom, Laura, and Paul at Longhorn were all absolutely awesome! They explained everything that was happening; were punctual and professional; and even helped navigate the insurance stuff. Over the decades we have used Longhorn Roofing to replace our roof following three different hail events. They have proven to be honest, reliable and easy for both us and our insurance provider to work with. They helped mitigate and repair the damages we incurred. Hopefully we will not need to use them again anytime soon, but if we do, we will!
