Decided to request a quote from Erie due to all the great reviews. We were honored to have our sales rep Donte Jordan at our home. He did a very thorough inspection, and was able to point out a lot of deficiencies that I would have never had uncovered. Initially I wasn’t concerned with our roof, but I am glad I went through the review. Donte spent several hours at our home going over the inspection report/pictures, he educated us on roofs, and went into detail on all available solutions to get our home to the point where we are safe and sustainable. He did not rush and did not leave until he felt like we had all the information needed to make the correct decision on how to move forward. Due to Donte knowledge and professionalism coupled with how great the roofing products that Erie has, we decided to move forward with our quote and will have our new roof in approx a month. I highly recommend Erie Home to anyone who is need of a new roof and is looking for quality products to protect their investment. Erie Home is not your typical “snake salesmen”, they are straight shooters, they are licensed / bonded, and train all of their installers in house (you wont get day workers from Home Depot)

The roofers worked very hard and the roof looks beautiful. The solar attic fan is a game changer. The attic is now cooler than the garage. Was not impressed with the sales staff, but everyone else made me comfortable with my purchase.

I waited on my new roof for 2 years until Erie roofing came to Austin. They were very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The actual day of installation was a real spectacle. A whole team of maybe a 10 people showed up and completed the job in one day and there was zero mess left behind. I like the long warranty that means I’ll hopefully never have to replace my roof again. Highly recommended.

Hiring Erie home was a great mistake. I had the worst experience in my life with dealing with them. I feel I was over priced with the job that they did. They didn’t complete everything they had said in the contract and I’m still waiting to get reimbursed on monies that I paid and the services was not rendered. I feel they took advantage of a black, senior citizen, woman alone, and I still have nightmares of how things were done And promises there was not. I do not recommend them. Do not hire them for anything. They are nothing but scammers they scam me and I feel so bad.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Erie and could not have been happier. They make their own shingles and they look great with 30 years warranty. Erie also stands by their product with guaranteed repairs. I was aware of alot of the bonuses of Erie but I had skylights with an ugly aluminum frame. I did not expect them to do anything about that but when the roof got finished what do I see? A brand new light frame in black metal. Go with Erie

Heather and Taylor really knew the product and gave a very detailed explanation of the installation process and the performance of the product. They identified a ventilation problem with our attic which is causing the roof to fail. Very pleased overall.
