This company installed my roof and the roof was already damaged within 2 years. Not only was the roof damaged, but the underlayment didn’t hold up to the rain causing significant water damage inside my home. The damage has caused me upwards of thousands of dollars. I had to call them 5x to get anyone to set an appointment because they never returned voicemails.

D&H Roofing installed the original roof on my home as a sub-contractor for DR Horton. The work performed was so poor that the roof needed to be resealed due to a zippering effect in at least 6 locations on my roof. D&H Roofing performed the re-sealing and I believed the issues were resolved. Less than two months later I have more shingles lifting. When I called to discuss the issue I was blown-off by the receptionist, told I’d get a call back “when they knew someone might be in my area”, they obviously do not stand behind the work they perform. The work performed did not resolve the issue, given a choice I would avoid any home that D&H roofing has performed work on due to the extremely poor quality control performed. I will update this review if D&H roofing is able to actually resolve the issue, I have not given up working with them to find an amicable solution. I just felt that the work to date has warranted the current 1 star rating and google prompted me for a review after my call.

Working with D&H Roofing for our reroof exceeded all of our already high expectations. It only took a short time after our initial estimate to schedule an appointment for repair, and they started and finished the entire project in one day. One of their employees working on the project even recognized a huge issue with our roof that could have been disastrous if gone unnoticed; he made us aware of the issue at the start of the project and they swiftly repaired it. We are so grateful for their thoroughness and for the professionalism of all their employees – from initial inspection/estimate to the completion of the project. Hopefully we won’t need a roof replacement in the future, but if we do we will certainly go with D&H Roofing. We definitely recommend this company!!

Our builder used this company to install our roof and it’s trash. We call and call and they don’t return our phone calls. Every single time there is a storm, our shingles fall out. Customer service does not exist, steer clear from them!

D&H put my new roof on about 3 years ago and it still looks like they just installed it. Customer service was top notch and the crew was very professional! I definitely recommend using them if you’re getting a new roof. Very affordable and reliable!
