Beyond excellent service from start to finish! The team at Built to Last ensured our roof was replaced quickly and efficiently while providing a quality end result. They took the time to explain everything and they were meticulous throughout the entire process. But the true star was Nick Moraru- he provided outstanding customer service, was incredibly responsive and legitimately took away any stress that could have been associated with such a huge repair job on our first home. Nick is awesome! A big thank you to him and his team.

Andrew was fantastic. He was very responsive, timely, and professional in the roof repair process. He was mindful of when to come to the house as well as we have young kids. Very professional and friendly approach. Our project manager the day of installation Dylan was also great. We had a few questions and he resolved them right away. Very happy we worked with Built to Last.

Thank you Nick for another great experience. He replaced my roof in Dallas 3 years ago and when my house in Austin was affected in September 24, I call him right away. I was really skeptic when Nick knock on my door. But now I can definitely recommend him and Built To Last Roofing to everybody. Nick help me to start the claim, he was there for adjuster meeting and get my roof replaced. Also they don’t replace only the roof, but everything on my property what was affected by the storm. From the day when we start working together, till the day when everything get repaired, he was tacking care of us. Thank you guys for amazing job!
