I have nothing but good things to say about working with Tom Longville for my roofing needs. He and his team did my roof replacement last year and came out again this week to assess and repair damage after the recent major storms. The work has always been high quality and I have great appreciation for Tom’s professional, highly responsive communication and the way he goes the extra mile to take care of customers. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer.

Very pleasant experience working with the New View team. Tom communicated well with what improvements could be made along with prompt scheduling. The team arrived on time and was very professional. We had a great experience with New View and Tom getting our hail damage repaired. He covered a few things that weren’t even on the list from insurance just to get it all done right. So glad I don’t have to figure out who to pick for roofing next time the hail comes through.

I began my search for a competent, well qualified roofer by setting up interviews with four (different) local companies. Tom Longville of New View Roofing was my fourth interview, and he clearly stood out well above the previous roofing interviews. His presentation was well organized, highly informative, and focused on the quality of his products and methods of installation—with none of the glad-handing and fast sales techniques of the previous interviews. I was so impressed. This close attention to detail and customer service prevailed throughout the roof, fence, chimneys, windows, and gutter repair and installation. By working though his own adjusters to communicate directly with my insurance company, he was able to deliver repairs well beyond those estimated by the other roofing companies that I interviewed. All of the work was excellent. I am grateful to have found and contracted with Tom Longville. He will always be my choice of roofer, if the need arises. Interview Tom and give him a chance to earn your business. You won’t be disappointed!

I am extremely satisfied with my new roof as well as the interior repair completed by Linda and Leo. The roofing crew arrived at the promised time and finished on schedule. Linda and Leo worked tirelessly in my garage in the January freezing temperatures to complete ceiling work in the garage. Tom Longville kept me informed throughout the entire process offering scheduling flexibility and multiple modes of communication. He was prompt to respond to any concerns I raised. Tom and his crew were fantastic! We just completed a home reno when a weekend of storms came through. We noticed a rook leak that ruined our new drywall. I came across New View roofing and reached out hoping to get an appt quickly. Tom came out immediately, on a Sunday, to inspect the damage. Our roof needed to be replaced! Tom and his crew made the process with insurance seamless….the repairs were done quickly and we were able to enjoy our newly renovated home again. I highly recommend New View!!

I worker with Tom Longville and his crew. They did an amazing job fixing our roof; gutter; and painting our fence. Thanks for their help with insurance claim – we’re able to get all those work completed on a timely manner. They also went beyond and helped us fix window Crack to prevent leaking even though it is not in our contract. Love working with them and highly recommend you to hire him and his team

I used Tom Longville with New View Roofing to repair a leak I had after a storm. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work . He communicated well about the work being done. He showed up on time.
