Justin worked with us from the day after the storm hit. He did an assessment and sent everything off to our insurance company immediately. He and the team at linear did an exceptional job coordinating everything with very little needed from us except input on shingle and color choices. This was my first time needing a new roof after storm damage, and they made it such an easy and stress free process. Everything looks great and the work was done very quickly. I can’t recommend them enough

Don’t trust this company’s promise that you won’t pay any out of pocket money when you are about to replace your roof. They lied and betrayed you in the end. My true story tought me the lesson hardly.

With all of the choices after the March hail storm, it felt overwhelming. Amildo with Linear Roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor. He was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly explained the roof damage and recommendations. He worked for the sale, ensuring I was educated on the roof options, the insurance process, and he made himself available for ongoing questions during the entire process. Our home was hammered by the hailstorm in Plano last May . Paul Bowen and his crew canvassed the neighborhood immediately and I was impressed that Linear was not just a roofing company, but also a licensed general contractor. I did not have to find; and trust, any subcontractors. Paul handled it all! Our roof was replaced and all of our siding was replaced or painted. We had 22 windows replaced and 5 interior rooms repaired and painted due to leaks. I have been in the P&C industry for over 30 years and can attest to the fact that Linear Roofing & General Contractors should be at the top of your list if you ever experience severe storm damage!

Linear did a very nice job replacing our roof. The workmanship and finished product was great and they did a great job covering plants, turf and the pool. Also did a nice job cleaning up. Roof looks great!

Hoping I can amend this but as of now, we were advised to file a claim with our insurance, which we did. The insurance came back with partial coverage and we were assured this was normal and Linear would submit photos and appeal for the insurance to do a re-inspection. Now they’ve left us hanging and we can’t even get a call back from our Linear rep and I’m getting concerned about the timeframe of the claim but can’t get any information from Linear Roofing… I’m very frustrated with this company right now. ☹️
