I am a physician now but ran a small landscaping business before I was a doctor and have a lifelong passion for home repair and restoration. I have restored three homes in my life, all were built prior to 1930. As such I have interacted with dozens of tradespeople / contractors over many years. Taylor Ammons at Paragon Roofing is outstanding. Taylor was honest, knowledgeable, and demonstrated genuine concern for me, my family and the security that our home should provide for us. Taylor was responsive but not pushy, checked in by email, text, phone. I had a very complex roof repair project under challenging circumstances. Taylor is a licensed public adjuster and helped me with a successful insurance claim to pay for my repairs. He recognized and alerted me to important issues related to my roof and brought in other expert tradespeople, including structural engineers to ensure safe and proper repair. He was patient with me and worked to not only repair the roof but also arranged for the completion of the other repairs that were necessary to secure the home, protect us from the weather and lift the esthetics of this historic home. Great job with a new roof, great related wood, siding, gutter / downspout repairs, great communication, willing to listen to homeowner concerns and preferences, great follow-up. We are lucky to have Taylor and Paragon Roofing in Nashville!

I had Paragon Roofing install a new roof for me a few years ago, and it still looks as good as new! I also had new gutters installed, which they cut to reach my rain barrels, and they also redirected a troublesome roof design that encouraged water to drip on my porch. I am thrilled with my warranty and the beautiful shingles I selected. The crew was helpful in selecting the shingle color and during installation, taking care not to damage my flower beds. I will definitely use Paragon again for any roof or gutter projects in the future.

Paragon Roofing is my new go-to roofing contractor! I had some issues with the roofing above my bay window that let water into my kitchen ceiling. From the moment I called Paragon, I received top notch treatment. The Field Inspector, Nick Rivera was able to come out to my home that very same day. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable which made it easy to say yes to using them for my project. Even better, he was able to get the repair scheduled for the very next morning. The day-of experience was just as great. The repair team was punctual and they were greeted by a Paragon field manager who ensured that everyone was on the same page about the job. The work was completed very quickly and the repair team made sure to leave zero trash behind. I also received before and after photos from the job. If I could give them MORE than 5 stars, I certainly would!

Taylor, owner of Paragon Roofing, goes above and beyond to assist customers with their roofing needs! I’ve truly been overwhelmed with gratitude to be working with him! He’s professional, respectful, punctual, follows through with what he says he is going to do, and has a high standard of excellence! He’s just an all around great young business owner! He invests in good technology too – drone photos to show the condition of the roof, and software alerting to potential storm damage, as examples. I’ve also interacted Debi and with Nick – both have been a pleasure to interact with, just like Taylor. We had a great experience working with Paragon to repair a few spots on our roof and vent out a bathroom fan through the roof from our attic. They were easy to work with and super helpful, answering questions we had throughout the process and going above and beyond to make sure our roof was taken care of. They even called us up after a storm to make sure everything was good at our house, and offered to come out and do a free inspection. We were impressed by their service and plan to use them again, should the need arise.

Taylor and the team were professional in every way, dependable, solved several incorrect installation issues from my first roof and repaired the damage inside my home from the leaks.
