Bill Ragan Roofing exceeded my expectations and the whole process was much easier than I expected. Bill was involved from start to finish and came to inspect and provide my estimate. He and his team were professional, polite and efficient with excellent communication. My new roof and copper flashing look great. If you’re in need of a new roof, Bill Ragan is your guy. We recently had our old asphalt roof replaced with a new cedar shake roof. It has completely transformed the appearance of our home! Excellent customer service from the owner Bill and his site manager Sebby! Who knew getting a new roof could be such a pleasant experience. My roof looks fantastic and Bill was very patient with me sharing endless samples until we found the perfect roof tile to go with my home.
