Dowell Roofing’s field tech, Vince, really helped us out and did a top-notch job for us. He went above and beyond our expectations repairing our roof leak, squirrel proofing our eaves, and removing our old gutter guards. Vince was quick to respond, stayed in constant communication, and was extremely thorough. I’m calling Dowell Roofing and asking for Vince if I ever need additional roof related repairs. Thank you, Vince!!

We had a leak that had stumped simply everybody. We called Dowell Roofing. Joseph, the owner, was great and assured me they would get it taken care of. Vince, the tech who did the work, was friendly, courteous, and clearly gave me the idea that he sincerely wanted to fix my problem. He was available, always quick to respond, and without question went the extra mile. He got the leak fixed, and I am a satisfied customer.

Mr. Dowell provided an inspection after a small section of our shingles were damaged. Kind, trustworthy and timely service on his part. We will call him back when it’s time for our roof to be replaced.

Dowell Roofing was awesome to work with. Mr. Dowell quickly came out to my house to look at my roofing problem. He provided a more expensive option but also a more economical option for the repairs. His team was great to work with and took great care in keeping the work area clean and safe. Mr. Dowell personally came out to inspect the work once it was complete and even climbed up on the ladder to add some extra protection. I would HIGHLY recommend using Dowell Roofing for any roofing needs and they will definitely be my first call for any future roofing install/repairs.

Service Person, Vince, was very professional and performed quality work! Vince went the extra mile to explain his process to us as well as providing realtime reports on the state of our roof prior to his repairs. I truly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs!

Our home needed a new roof due to age and storm damage. Dowell was recommended to us. They did not let us down. The roof looks Iike quality and the roofing materials are top notch. The inconvenience of the process was held to a minimum. Cleanup was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Dowell Roofing to anyone who needs these services.

I needed an attic fan installed on my roof. Vince C called me to ask for a good time to come out. He was very patient as my schedule fluctuates. He came when we set a date/time. He did a great job installing the fan. He made sure everything worked properly. He sealed the roof for any leaks around the fan. He was professional and courteous.

NOTE: It was almost this time last year that HURRICANE IAN hit our second home in S.W. Florida. ( Sept. 28th 2022) , I called Joseph Dowell (who has been roofing all of my rental houses for me for over the past 30 years) and I asked him if he would consider helping us with our home in Florida from hurrican Ian that destroyed the majority of our home. He did not hesitate! His guys drove over 12 hours to get there from TN with all their supplies etc…. to roof our home from futher damage! Words cannot describe how “Greatful” we were for this company to help us out in our time of need. This is truly a company that goes above and beyond to help their clients! I would NEVER think of using anyone else. They are truly a blessing to us and always will be. My new roof is very beautiful and I’m sure it’ll stay that way for some time! Dowell and his crew did an excellent job on my roof and a superb job on the cleanup. Honestly, I’ve never had anyone be so thorough in removal of waste, even running magnets all over to make sure no nails were left behind. Before the roofers even arrived, the correspondence was quick and professional and I knew when to expect them (first in generalities, which is fine because your job depends on days with very little or no rain!) And then exactly when they’d arrive once we got closer. Why only 4 stars then? I need to make sure I am honest about my experience and their capabilities. I have LeafGuard gutters, which are different from normal gutters. I never heard anything about the roofers being unfamiliar with or unable to work with these gutters until my drip rail wasn’t fully replaced (as the estimate had said) and we called because it appeared to have been damaged. The owner did provide me a partial refund to have LeafGuard fix the issue, but it did take some back and forth and could have been avoided on the front end with a conversation on what could and couldn’t be done. I don’t think the actual crew has seen the gutters before and may not have realized they bent up the rails they were going to be leaving on. I’m sure they are accustomed to normal gutters, so I get it. I’ve seen roofs they’ve done before, and they are all beautiful and quickly executed! I would recommend Dowell but definitely have a conversation if you have LeafGuard gutters.
