Getting our new roof with Ryan at Haven Roofing could not have been easier. He dealt with our insurance provider, we only needed to sign emailed documents. The workers were amazing! The roof was installed in ONE DAY! It looks amazing!

One of the absolute best roofing companies I’ve ever dealt with. From Insurance claim to finished roof, they communicated clearly all the steps they were taking and any I would need to take (which were minimal). Martin handled 99.9% of dealing with my insurance company, always kept me up to date where we were in the process, and made sure I was aware of any changes or issues (ALL of which he handled.) The crew they sent over were polite, professional, and did a phenomenal job! My roof looks fantastic! They took the time to clean up all the roofing nails and took care of our property like it was their own. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Thanks Haven!

The entire process was painless from start to finish! I had been contacted by 2 previous roofing companies with no call backs or follow through in working with my insurance company. Martin from Haven Roofing was true to his word, he stated since a claim had been opened two years ago by the first roofing company that there may be problems. Their were problems but Martin continued to work with me and my insurance company and now I have a beautiful new roof. Everyone at Haven Roofing was very professional and they definitely take pride in their work. Haven Roofing was far and away the most genuine and down to earth. Working with Martin and Ryan was a pleasure! Both are very professional, friendly, and passionate about there work. They were easy to reach and answered any questions that I had promptly and patiently. I met Leo the job foreman and he was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him and his crew doing quality work, and upon completion they did an excellent job in cleaning up I have faith in this company and the work they have done for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. They put on a top quality roof which I can be proud of and this roof will last. Description of Work: Tear off and new roof

My experience with Haven Roofing and Exteriors and Ryan Carnell especially, can only be described as superior. Ryan worked with my father who is 99 for months on end to get the insurance company to cover the new roof, which had hail damage. Ryan and Haven Roofing worked tirelessly to make sure my father was taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a highly reputable and honest community. I would definitely use them again.

I was approached by Jason Golightly about my roof. He is a very respectable professional guy. He walked me through in detail what they could do and how long it would take them which was one day. I decided I would use Haven roofing to replace my roof. I DO NOT REGRET IT!! They were wonderful!! Had it done in 1 day. Cleaned up afterwards so well I couldn’t even tell they were there. Beautiful job guys!

As some of you may be aware, the tornados and storms that hit Tipton County last year were devastating. For some, they were absolutely detrimental and horrifying. I was very blessed, but my house did take damage to the roof. With that being said, the team with Haven roofing, specifically Martin and Ryan gave me hope and relief. Martin was able to use his expertise in this particular professional field to collaborate with my insurance company and Haven roofing to ensure that my roof received the attention it deserved. Alas, after months of dedication from Haven roofing and Martin, I was able to receive a brand new roof brimming with quality work! I definitely recommend their team to anyone. They worked so hard for me and my family! Sometimes, blessings just knock on your door.
