Smith gave us a new roof at a competitive price. John Sims, Smith’s rep, came promptly and personally patched two holes made by falling tree limbs in the old roof. It took quite a while to get on the schedule for a full replacement, but the work was excellent. The crews knew their stuff: the roof took only one day, the gutters half a day. Excellent clean-up too. On-site managers Brad Tindell and Joseph Jones deserve credit for getting it all done smoothly and efficiently. Everybody was knowledgeable and good to work with, and the company negotiated the payment from our insurance company. Recommended!

I just signed the completion paperwork on 6/24/24. The old deck was continuously rotting and I needed something done as my granddaughter of 22 months of age loves to play on it. We contacted your company after several attempts to repair it and was treated with much respect. When I met up with Kris I expressed my concern of safety for her and while having children of his own he immediately took everything to heart and assured me that when it was completed it would be a very safe area for her to run and play. At that moment I felt relieved as he prepared his crew for the job. For once I didn’t feel like I had to be there to make sure everything was being done correctly as I did before when the old deck was built. Kris was always available and kept me updated as the job progressed. He was very thoughtful in every decision he made as it shows in his workmanship. Kris done an amazing and beautiful job along side of his crew. My granddaughter loves that she has a safe place that she can enjoy again and we are very grateful. Thanks so much Kris for making it happen. We are so glad we made the decision to go with your company instead of someone else for this project.

Smith Roofing & Exteriors did our Roof & I just have to say they did an Excellent job , I am so pleased with the job they did and the clean up , Brad Tindell & his crew was on this project & I couldnt ask for any better !! ,if I could give them a 10 STAR I WOULD ….would recommend them highly to anyone needing a new roof !!!!!
