Trish at BCR happened by and saw a tarp on my roof put on by another company. Gave me her card and said to call if I wanted to look at other options. About 6 months waiting on this other company to even quote me, mind you. I called, she was there early the next morning taking care of business. Talked to the insurance company, then called their financing lady. Fast forward to 2 weeks with their new roof on, and a pop up storm gave us some fresh water in the kitchen. She alerted BCR, and within hours, there was a crew here to fix the problem. The problem? The roof going on must have dislodged the hood vent. Crew member went up, came down and showed me pictures, went to the van, went back up with tape and sealer, fixed the vent, showed me pictures of the fix, and high tailed it out of there to the next job. A+ service. Give Trish a call.
