Our subdivision had hail damage a couple of months ago and not long after we started seeing the roofing companies show up. I had significant damage all over the hail covered the ground. Our first roofing company tried to get us a full roof replacement. First the insurance adjuster said only half roof was damaged, then we contacted an engineering company to come out and he also said that there was not enough damage for full roof. So I took the check from the insurance company since the full roof could be replaced. Then one day we noticed the roof store company signs in several places and seen all the houses around us getting new roofs. Well that was not acceptable to me, since we took same damage and like I said the first roofing company tried its hardest to get us a new roof. I contacted Steve Barrios at the roof store, after letting him know the situation and then when gave me his opinion I new that I was talking to a professional. He stayed in contact with me on updates, came and marked the roof in several places, told us that if even one shingle needs repairing its over. He knew exactly what to do and went to bat for us to the insurance company and got us the full roof replacement! Then not long after that the supplies showed up, they came today and started at 6am and before 3pm they were done and gone! The crew was an absolute machine, experience definitely shows! Steve stays and even works with the crew on the ground while talking on the phone! This man is very professional, kind, and experienced. Also, he and this company are armed forces veterans and that is my favorite thing! I own a contracting company and this company is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with! Every part of the job was fast, precise, cleaned and done. I will always recommend this company for work and on my jobs as well. I am happy about my new roof, fantastic work!

After the tornadoes hit our neighborhood in December we were devastated. We have never been thru something so traumatic and had no clue where to even start. After being recommended a company, we decided to go with them. Well for months they did the bare minimum. It was an extremely bad way for a company to conduct business. After 3 months in, we were then recommended another company… the Roof Store and Steve. My first, instant thought was “oh geez here we go again”. Totally didnt believe in him or the word he gave us. And he did give us his word the very first conversation we had with him that he would help us. Steve and The Roof Store has went above and beyond. From the work they do, to the care they have for their customers. It is outstanding!! Never once left us out of the loop, let us know each step we were taking and the ones we made. The communication aspect is superb!! Everything he said they were going to do, they done!! He battled the insurance company and won!! ! I can not believe the results! Truly a transformation you would have to see to believe!! I can not recommend these folks enough!!
