Highly recommend! Great experience from my initial call through completion of the project. The team was very responsive, honest, and customer focused to address the issues with my roof. Titus was a pleasure to work with; he clearly communicated to me my options and costs to make the best decision. I was really impressed with their responsiveness. They assisted with the claim submission process and the subsequent adjuster inspection and claim review / approval, before then doing an amazing and efficient job to install our new roof. Getting a new roof can be like a bad colonoscopy, particularly when you are trying to get your insurance company to pay for it. Mine, a company that I had been with for over 50 years, denied my hail damage claims twice over the last four years – on the flimsiest of pretexts – while every one of my neighbors was getting a new roof. I met Paul Villarreal after the second one. Paul, a former U. S. Marine, knows more about roofing and, more importantly, more about how insurance companies handle roofing claims than Oppenheimer knew about nuclear fission when he built the Atomic Bomb. He examined my roof, confirming that my claim should have been approved, and replaced a leaking vent collar and a missing shingle while he was at it…for free. After a recent hail event, on his advice, I filed a claim while the hailstones were still bouncing around on my patio, and he birddogged the claim to approval. By this time he was working for Force Roofing Systems LLC, locally owned by another former Marine (which ordinarily would count against them with a former Navy man such as myself). Say what you will, Marines are generally serious, intense, effective and mission driven. They bid the job with premium materials and all the bells and whistles. I was in a time crunch. Paul got my roof scheduled in a week and showed up at my house with the roofing crew at 8:00 am on the appointed day. That’s where Scott Sterling came in as On Site Supervisor. A ReRoofing is like making sausage, except with more banging. Extensive precautions were taken to protect the rest of the house and precious landscaping. The crew finished, including complete cleanup, about dark, and the new roof looked great. You get no omelet without breaking eggs. An errant shingle found its way through the netting and crushed one of two matching flower beds flanking my front walk. Scott showed up the next morning at 8:00 am with a flat of new plants that matched perfectly. At the end of the day, I was out of pocket. . . ZERO. I recommend these guys and this company without reservation.
