Horrible job,,one after my roof leaked around my chimney..he said they don’t guarantee flashing,,now five years five years later I find out that when they removed my old shingles they also pulled out nails that kept the plywood down.. now I have spongy spots where the plywood is lifting..

During a storm with high winds, half of a large tree fell on the front of our house. Dealing with the aftermath was a stressful experience. We had to work with our insurance company, have an inspection, and worry about the results. However, I’m grateful for Robert, the owner of A Cut Above, who helped us through the process. He patiently answered all our questions and responded to my numerous questions and concerns. He helped me understand the language of both the roofing industry and insurance in relation to the roof. Thanks to him, I felt like I had been equipped with straightforward information and reliable options, which was very empowering in an otherwise stressful situation. The end result was a good quality roof delivered promptly. Additionally, they had 1-2 people present throughout the entire process, who walked around the house and cleaned up any debris. I’ve had bad experiences with construction companies leaving nails in our driveway, which led to flat tires. Fortunately, that was not the case with A Cut Above.
