Going into this, we didn’t know much about roofing, so we researched a lot of Google reviews and met with multiple roofing contractors before proceeding. After meeting with Randall Kenney, and deciding to go with Summit, we expected the outcome would be good as Randall inspired confidence throughout the entire process, but this exceeded even our expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and gave excellent explanations. The crew clearly knew what they were doing; organized, efficient, and on time. Clean up was immaculate. Randall went above and beyond from the first explanation to including a quality control step at the end, and then personally inspected the finished construction when it was completed. Our roof looks great. Highly recommend Summit Roofing and Restoration, and Randall Kenney .

When we discovered that our house had a roof leak in the bathroom, Summit Roofing & Restoration came on short notice and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. We were very impressed.

We used Summit for a smaller project, but they were great nonetheless. We were concerned because our insurance company was about to drop us right after we’d purchased our house due to their perception of our roof’s condition. I called Summit and I’m pretty sure Blayne came out the same day. The quote was free (which was awesome because we are new homeowners 😅). He was able to figure out basically what needed to be done to make insurance happy with our roof’s condition to provide a bit more longevity. He got us two letters for insurance, one before and one after the repair was finished, the day we requested it which meant a lot because we needed to get it to insurance ASAP. I’m not a roofer so I really can’t say anything about the repair other than it looks good, was done quick, they didn’t leave a mess, and they communicated everything to us so quick every step of the way. It was great!

Summit did a great job on our roof! I am very particular when it comes to how things are done and they definitely impressed me. A lot of companies leave a mess for the home owner to clean up, but they did not!! Justin, in the office, offered great customer service and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend them!

Randall made sure to answer all of our very MANY questions, stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, he explained everything to us perfectly , walked us through exactly what we should expect , and it turned out great. I wasn’t there durning the install, but when I got home I couldn’t even tell they had been there ( other than the dump trailer ). The install crew did not leave anything behind, they cleaned up after themselves, they did not drive in the yard. I was very weary of having our roof replaced because of all the horror stories that you hear, but they honestly did a great job. We have zero complaints. We left them gatorades, waters , and popsicles but they definitely deserve a pizza party or something because they exceeded our expectations. 10/10 recommend Summit Roofing, and thank you to Randall for making our roof replacement so much easier than we ever expected it to be.

We could not be happier with the job that Summit did on our new roof! The roof looks great but they also did an incredible job with clean-up! They came back to check for nails in the yard and driveway on 3 different occasions! Highly recommend!

We purchased a new roof and gutter system from Summit and they were exceptional throughout the entire process from consultation to installation. Communication from Josh has been great and he helped us understand all the ins and out of the process. The roof and gutters look great and they even fixed our interior water damage related to the roof. I’d certainly recommend Summit Roofing & Restoration to anyone!
