Jack Sweeney. He represented his company with the utmost of customer service. He is tenacious. He follows up several times a day. I never had to contact him first. Jack listened to my concerns and addressed them one by one, a worthy ambassador and a strong advocate for me during the interaction with my insurance company. Jack proved trustworthy and thorough. His dedication to resolve my needs and my claim exceeded expectations. He is a credit to his company and the industry. Jack is the model that Arnold Roofing should train all of their staff to mimic. In fact, though I do not know all of their names (and there were many), their professionalism, their honesty, and their dedication was represented at all levels. Thank you Jack! Well done!

This was my first time dealing with a leaky roof as a home owner. Of course, it was a Saturday night and I panicked. Upon neighbor recommendations, I reached out to Arnold Roofing. Joe called on Sunday and was at my house to check it Monday. By lunch on Tuesday, Joe had completely resolved the issue. Such a relief and much easier than I was expecting. Thank you, Joe!!
