Ben is amazing! Such a nice guy and so easy to talk to. He’s been out multiple times to figure out a tricky leak for me, and he patched it for no charge. Looking at replacing the roof in a few years, and he’ll definitely be the first I call. Wonderful customer service!

I only wish the rating scale went higher than 5-stars !! Outstanding customer service from scheduling to repair ! * Ben showed up earlier than expected. (5 stars for punctuality !) * He found my roof leak immediately. (5 stars for proficiency !) * He repaired the problem in less than 30 minutes. (5 stars for expert craftsmanship !) Sounds like a “15-star” rating to me ! (Why can’t guys like this run for president !?)

Ben showed up for the estimate on time, quickly saw why we were having so many leaks, and explained it all in detail. He also explained his product in detail and why/how they are able to provide such a great warranty. We obtained several estimates and nothing came close to the quality, value, and customer service that we saw with Ben Ross Roofing. We decided this was the best option for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ben told us that the team would start at 7am, and at 7am sharp, I heard the guys on the roof. I live in Lancaster and I believe in supporting local businesses, so I called multiple roofing companies in my area. I called, left voicemails, and never received a call back from ANY of them. I started searching outside of my area and that’s when I discovered Ben Ross Roofing. Not only did Ben answer when I called, he came right out and I had an estimate that evening. I approved the estimate and asked for a rough idea when they would come out to do the repairs. They returned when he promised and they completed the work in a timely manner. The repairs were done expertly and they didn’t leave a trace of old material behind for me to clean up. Professional, punctual, personable. You want satisfaction? Use Ben Ross Roofing!
