D. K. Mason did what they said, when they said they would. Pricing was below average for a 50-year shingle. Workmanship warranty is longer than most and shingle is not supposed to grow algae, which is a huge advantage compared to other shingles. John, Joe and Jeff have been absolutely professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process! Well done, thank you guys!

Neal came out to give an estimate on Tuesday. Unfortunately, I could not be at home. He called and answered all my questions and concerns, which was amazing as I had many. Friday (only 3 days later) my new roof was installed. I had expected to see some debris, however, I haven’t found a single stray nail. I am very impressed with DK Mason regarding customer service and installation.

DK Mason did an exceptional job at a great price. The sales team and lead Project manager were wonderful and accommodating. My roof looks fantastic! I’ve had a number of people comment on how nice it looks. Their professionalism was spot on. I didn’t have to worry about any nails or debris left in my yard; their cleanup was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

DK Mason crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Neal Craig was super quick coming out for the estimate and was very thorough as well as informative about our options. The crew was able to get the entire job done in one day. They worked with our insurance to ensure every requirement was met. I would definitely recommend they are a top notch group of people.

Roof replacement and siding repairs from hail storm. DK Mason came and installed everything in a timely manner; very professional and skilled workers. Amazing clean up. Super satisfied!!!

I called to get a roof inspection done on a house in buying and David called me back and was able to come out the same day. Unfortunately, the current owners were not exactly cooperative so he scheduled another time for the next week. David went back on Monday with my realtor, did the inspection and got everything back to me very quickly. He took pictures and detailed everything that needed to be addressed. Once we get in the house I’ll be calling him back to do some much needed renovations. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided.
