If I could give zero stars I would. Highly do not recommend. My mom has been fighting them to get her roof done for months now and she has had nothing but them giving her the runaround. I called trying to talk to some about it and a guy answered the phone had an attitude with me from the start because I asked to talk now instead of being called back. After I asked about it he started yelling saying this is the 3rd time you have called and saying he is trying to get others done to get to ours but supposedly ours was ready to go a month ago. We need answers and this roof we have paid for or our money back.

Sam Tuckey & Daniel Luck went above and beyond to make this an easy and seamless process.They came by and helped cleaned up the storm damage from last night storm on my roof and we’re real genuine people looking to make a difference! Orange Elephant has not done any work on my home yet but I agree that they are insurance scammers. If you come by to examine someone roof and tell them they have Damages and say oh yeah your damages came from the storm. They never give you an estimate the day they come out. How this work is you tell the insurance what’s wrong then they have an adjuster come out and assess the damage. They tell you how much they will pay and cut you a check. You will find someone who will be able to do your roofing for that amount. Orange elephant tells you what they will charge after they get the estimate from the insurance company and this is how they make their money. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFFF. They take the 1st payment and take off with the money. Someone comes to my house to show me a roofing that they will not be installing on your roof but you have to pay extra for it. So the manager comes by takes the check and tell me ohh in order to get GFA products which he described as gucci, you have to purchase this warranty for $999. I said wait a minute shouldn’t your work be covered anyway why do I have to purchase extra. Well if you want gucci then it will cover xyz. So now he says the 4 block roofing is not covered either you have to pay extra for that. Wait a minute when your insurance guy was riding around looking at people houses he never mentioned any of this. I would have never allowed him to coercise me into a sale. Now they took the money and I haven’t heard back from them since, I text the manager and he said oh you have to contact the other guy now. But why can’t you contact him because that your partner. You was the one I sat down with giving all my information to. He told me he was going to call me that Thursday and never called a week went by and that’s when I contacted him. I never heard back from any one these people and never got a call from the office THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND DONT WANT THEM TO DO MY ROOFING AGAIN

Don’t trust Orange Elephant roofing! They’re an insurance scam that I’m sure works great if insurance blindly and quickly pays out. But if there are any delays in the claim process, they will do whatever is necessary to keep the sale, including lying, stalling, and holding your deductible and partial insurance checks hostage without completing any work until you are forced to pay out of pocket for repairs covered under your insurance. When you wise up and fire them, they keep your deductible and say you owe them money for supplies they refused to order and zero work done, then hang up on you when you attempt to resolve the matter. They’ll even repeatedly contact your insurance adjuster after the agreement is terminated, still trying to get the additional post-repair funds released directly to them without actually doing the repairs, making it look like you’re committing insurance fraud. I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and SC contractor licensing board to ensure others don’t fall victim to their dirty insurance scheme.

Kim showed up to work with us on Sunday just because it worked better for us! She is very sweet, very informative, and has walked us through the steps amazingly! We can’t wait to get our new roof with Orange Elephant!!

I’m in the service industry and understand how important communication is. The Orange Elephant team didn’t disappoint when it came to this! Richard was the “front man” and he was great at explaining the process and making sure we understood everything. Jared headed up the team that actually replaced our roof and they are some hard working folks!! Throughout the process, John, Daniel and Marilyn made sure we were kept up to date on delivery and work schedules. We are very satisfied with how this went from start to finish and would highly recommend!!

Experience was fantastic! I was a little hesitant due to all the coordination with all parties involved, but Kim and Jared made the entire process very seamless very easy, taking care of all the coordination and communications themselves so I didn’t have to. The work crew was great and left my yard very clean after all the work was completed. Very happy with all aspects of the work and people involved!

This company was very wonderful to work with. Richard Riggs was always professional and on time. The insurance company denied my claim initially and they fought tirelessly until I was approved for full replacement. I highly recommend this company and working with Richard Riggs.
