I called L & L Roofing to get an estimate on my roof in late 2022. They responded promptly and scheduled a free estimate within 24 hours. Their employee, James, was professional and informative. I have done roofing in the past and found all his information to be accurate, and all his suggestions to be in my best interest. They even offered to patch the leak free of charge, and replace the roof in the spring when the material would adhere better and add life to the roof. I had a competitive written estimate the next day. Although I did not proceed with L $ L, I wanted to write a review reflecting their integrity for homeowners who feel like they are buying a blind product. They give you accurate information, carry quality products, and are prompt and professional.

In June I hired L and L Roofing to repair the flashing wall on my roof where the roof on my home meets the roof on my sunroom. On October 28th I informed the owner that water is coming into my sunroom through the wall. He said that the roof would be repaired. On November 5th I called again and left him a message asking him to get back to me to let me know when my roof would be repaired. He did not return my call. On November 14th I called him again and he said that my home was his next priority and that he was driving and would call me back when he returned to his office. I never heard back from him. I called again on November 19th and he said that my home would be repaired on Friday. At approximately 12:00 on Friday, I called asking when I could expect his staff. He said that they would be there shortly. It began to rain around 2:00 and my roof had not been repaired. Well, it is raining today and I still have water coming into my sunroom through the wall. I believe that since I paid in full on the day the service was provided that I should receive priority for services. For these reasons I cannot, in good conscience, recommend hiring L and L Roofing!

Staff was friendly and what’s most important, because I am on a restricted budget, the price quoted was decent.

We recently had L&L Roofing replace the roof on our garage. The service was prompt and professional. They provided quality work at a fair price. The crew worked quickly and in a professional fashion. I recommend L&L roofing.

An employee that was sent to do work wreaked of alcohol and was intoxicated on the job. It was reported and nothing was done. Find another company!
