I don’t think this company has any business being in business not even the least satisfied with their work they put on our roof and flashing and extended our deck this is the worst work I have ever seen don’t think it’s going to last a few years

I cannot thank Dustin Maine enough for working with me and my insurance company after filing a claim due to hail damage. He handled it all very professionally, and I didn’t have to do much at all! My new roof is beautiful! The installers did a great job…in one day…and they did a great job cleaning up! Thank you Shell Restoration! I will definitely tell my friends and family about you!

They do good quality work but will upcharge 30% without getting prior authorization for the additional work. I was shocked to simply see this on an invoice without any notification or communication. Need the quality of communication to match the quality of work. No one needs a nasty surprise at the end of the job. There is no excuse for not communicating, but perhaps they’re underquoting to secure the job.

One of the best contractors we have ever hired! Sal Izzo, showed up when he said he would. Quoted me a price very quickly with quality shingles from Owens Corning. His workers replaced a big steep roof withing two days. They were all very respectable of my home and property and when they were gone you would never know they were there. If you need a new roof you better call Sal, he is good people! He takes his coffee with cream, two sugars, stirred counter clockwise. – Mike from Edinburg

If only we had pictures of our old roof right before it was replaced, you would see what a tremendous job Sal Izzo and the Shell Restoration crew did for us! The job was done in a day and a half, efficiently and correctly. Cleanup was great also. They are amazing. Sal was also more than kind and true to his word with us through the whole process. Sal is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and an all-around nice guy. We are forever grateful to have been referred to them by a family member who also had nothing but kind words to say about Sal and the crew, who also replaced her roof. It’s always hard choosing the best company for your situation, but after I watched the Shell Restoration crew at work on a few roofs in my hometown and talking with a couple of neighbors. I knew Shell Restoration was the only way to go.
