I have been trying to reach All Pro about a warranty issued for roof repairs and after multiple attempts to reach by phone and email no one has reached out to me.

I had some work done on my roof last year March and got a 5 year warranty, now I have some leaks which needs serious attention. I don’t want too say anything too bad here because Mike was a nice guy when we met. However it’s been 3 days so far and no answer or returned call. I am hoping someone can see this here and reach back to me in West Morland county

Mike won’t return my calls or texts. $11,500 on December7th, I deserve a call, considering that this is January 24th. Is this a take the money and run kind of operation? What if I need something fixed? Do I call someone else because my Warranty is worthless? Quality and value mean nothing if you can’t follow up with your customers. I was also going to call him to do my driveway. I guess I’ll be finding someone else.

I wouldn’t recommend using this company for any paving. After less than a month I had a weed come up through the middle of the driveway. After they came and did a patch job, a day or two later another weed came up through the driveway. I asked Mike Reno(the guy who did the work) what would be his more permanent solution than continuing to patch. It seemed that responses were getting harder to come by. I told him that I would need to get an attorney then he was more willing to come meet with me and see what could be done. Once he got here, he told me he would only fix half the driveway since that is all they did wrong. He never quite would say what he did wrong but that only half was wrong and that was all he was willing to fix. The contract was to be 3” of pavement and in some spots I drilled it appeared to be no more than 1/2”. Not to mention, he put some kind of sealant on it after the first patch. He claimed it to be some kind of hardner. I’ve since spoken to other pavers and all recommend waiting at least a year before putting anything on top of the new pavement. My only fix was to rip up what he did and put down new pavement since I couldn’t trust anything they’ve done to this point. Also, there are a lot of spots where chunks are coming out of the new pavement. Once we couldn’t come to an agreement for a proper fix, he told me that if I took him to court he would file bankruptcy and only have to pay me $100 a month. I couldn’t believe he would actually say something like that but at this point I told him to get off my property and I’d see him in court. Please save yourself the aggravation , I wouldn’t recommended these guys for any paving needs.

Mike came out and gave me an estimate on Friday. Pricing was fair and provided a better value than the competition. Dumpster for the work at hand was dropped off on Saturday and the roof + gutters were finished on Monday. Incredibly prompt and courteous service. The crew was focused on the task and hand and persisted through some rain and sleet that occurred earlier in the morning. Definitely get a quote from All Pro. You won’t regret it!

Mike came out during after a bad wind & rainstorm gave a few options regarding roof we went with a new roof install could not be more happy with the professionalism displayed would not hire another company Thanks all pro

We had several bad leaks from heavy rain mike came out gave us a few different options very informative very accommodating we went with a extensive repair great work will definitely use again
