George and his crew at Precision Homes and Building Group made this roofing experience trouble free. From providing a detailed estimate, explaining options and selecting the final shingles and roof color, George answered all our questions and walked us through the full installation process. During the actual installation, George was onsite the entire day, insuring that the completed job was first class and that all materials and debris was removed and our property was returned to pristine condition. George worked with us on every aspect of our addition. Design, timeline, maximizing our budget, etc. He was also thrown some changes on the fly and handled them well. The project was completed about 4 weeks ahead of schedule too.

We just finished a 1,900 sq ft addition with Precision. I’ve been in the remodeling industry for over 20 years and after weighing all of my options I decided to go with George based on his knowledge, skills and integrity. This wasn’t a simple addition. We live in a contemporary house and it was at the top of my list to make this addition appear as though it had always been there. To make things more challenging, we had to move every major utility service including solar panels and put up temp services through the process. We are on a private lot so this is no small task. We didn’t go a day without utilities and we never had to sleep at a second location. George managed to execute everything on a schedule and did a great job of continually setting the expectations of each phase as they came along. The job site was well managed and always clean. George was a pleasure to work with the entire time. I can say that he certainly cares about his clients and building their dreams. It’s not just about the money or completing another project. After being in the industry for my entire life this was very refreshing and comforting for me and our family. If you are taking on a large project I highly recommend Precision. We get compliments on our new build all of the time and our family loves the space. The best part is when people come over who have never seen the house, but know we did an addition and they aren’t sure which side it’s on. It’s like it was always there. Thanks George!

George was extremely helpful during the entire process and made sure everything was to our vision. Our latest project was a kitchen remodel. This was the third time we had Precision do work for us and we will use them again when the time comes. The work they did earlier included a complete roof replacement, eave extension and exterior upgrade including new windows. We couldn’t be happier with these projects and the way our kitchen turned out. George is there from project concept through the completion of the last details and is very responsive to texts and phone messages. His subcontractors/employees are very competent, efficient and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the results.

George Hyjurick of Precision Remodeling was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He met with us multiple times, listening to what we wanted and needed, took measurements and worked up plans. He was extremely patient with us and reworked our plan several times. George made thoughtful suggestions based on our budget & needs, as well as his experience. He also helped us fill out the paperwork for a required zoning variance and attended the meeting with us – again all before we were under contract. I highly recommend Precision Remodeling and would not hesitate to do business with George again. Our addition is beautifully done, meets all our needs, and was even completed ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier.

We recently added 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, expanded the kitchen and living space, and added a front porch in our house to accommodate our growing family. Huge project. George from Precision was the perfect guide through this journey! Of everyone we spoke with while we were gathering estimates, George was the ONLY one to take the time and draw up a better use of our available space. He was vested in our vision and we were sold. George and his team were prompt, professional, courteous, and clean. The quality of the work was outstanding at every level. George was always available to take our call and every question and concern we had, he handled with courtesy and respect. He made sure we were completely comfortable with every decision along the way. Our final cost and length of the project was spot on to our initial budget and schedule estimates and any changes were communicated very clearly along the way. George and his team recently completed a guest bathroom remodel in our Twin Oaks home. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and George and his team were great to work with over the course of the project. George was quick to respond to my inquiry, made and kept every appointment, answered all of my numerous questions, presented a thorough overview of the contract with clear line items, and helped with the selection of the bathroom materials – including meeting me at the flooring center to help select the tile! His work crew was on time, professional, pleasant, and kept a clean workspace – with everything put away at the end of each day. They even came back, a month after they finished the work, to make some minor adjustments for me. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend their services!

George Hyjurick and his team replaced windows and changed my brick siding to stone facing and replaced rotted wood on the front of our house. His work was impeccable. He completed all this in a timely manner as well as being extremely clean with all of the refuge. We have had a lot of compliments on our house. We will use Precision for other work on our house.

I cannot say enough good things about working with these folks. They made sure our vision for new spaces came to life and we are so happy with the end result! They were timely, professional, and fair with pricing. Thank you for helping us bring a vision to life! They went above and beyond for us and our kids also. You can tell they are a family first business and know how to make the experience less stressful!! We had a renovated kitchen, bathroom and added a master bathroom in addition to other upgrades. George was timely, professional and went out of his way to help us make decisions and plan/prepare for major renovations with two little kids! It’s been a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done!!!
