We had Dustin and his team at our house last May to install GACO roof coating on our flat roof, along with new gutters. After numerous leaks and poor quality work in the past we decided to go with Penn Ohio. The work was done in a timely manner and Dustin was great to work with. In January, we experienced another leak in the same spot. I contacted Dustin to let him know and have some communication it was determined to be condensation. In February, we experienced a heavy rainfall and snow melt and discovered a new leak on the flat roof. I reached out to Dustin to inform him what was going on. His worry was that our siding may be leaking and water was running down the siding and seeping into the house. He asked me to turn on the water outside so he could come up to check out the leak. Unfortunately, this is where the review earns a 1 star. No one from Penn Ohio came to our house to investigate the leak. After multiple communications throughout the Spring, I was informed that someone would be out to check the roof and re-seal some of the seams… this still has not happened. As I wrote this review, I have not heard back from Penn Ohio since April 18, when they asked for my address. We recently had a contractor come to the house to survey the damage done by the leaks and we are hovering around $6,000 in damage. The GACO product has a warranty and Penn Ohio has a labor warranty, which as of tonight, they are not honoring by not returning communications and fixing the problem. Pictures are attached. One can see the roof when the work was finished and how the roof looks now. If you have a flat roof, I’d highly recommend saving your money to pitch your roof. We spent over $6,500 to have the roof “fixed” and it is still leaking causing damage to our interior.

Extremely impressed with the service and communication from Dustin at Penn-Ohio roofing. He laid out exactly what he would be doing for us from the beginning and executed what he said he would. Would definitely use this company again and have already referred to others.

The bid for the new roof was reasonable, and the work was done on schedule and fast. The crew was on point, and the end result was great. Confident I won’t have to worry about a roof again for forty years. The was a one day delay in getting the contracted dumpster out, but Gary responded immediately to my concerns and got it sorted, which is all you can ask for.

Installed new wash tops on two chimneys and caulked both sides. Very efficient,fair price and detailed information on how they would handle project. Nice honest people to work with. Intend to use them again for other projects.

Had my small front porch replaced with a 8×26 deck, and had the back covered porch replaced. Everything is beautiful. Workers showed up on time and worked efficiently. We had some soffit blow down during the storm last weekend. Dustin called back immediately and came out the same day to check the damage. The next day it was repaired. We were very pleased with their promptness and the work done. We recommend the company and will use them again when needed.

Having witnessed Penn -Ohios work in my neighborhood I am finally a customer. I found Dustin to be highly professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He clarifies any and all questions in a very concise manner to the point where it can be hard to absorb the amount of information he provides. Marco and the crew completed my roof turn-key in one day. The craftsmanship, efficiency, safety and cleanup was exceptional. These guys are old school hardcore workers that let their performance do the talking. What a breath of fresh air to work with! Thank you !!!

Dustin and his team at Penn Ohio Roofing & Siding helped us with a new roof and gutters and everything turned out great for a fair price. Dustin was very responsive throughout the whole process as well as making some key recommendations for problem areas on our roof where we experienced problems in the past from a different company. His crew was super friendly, always on time, and did a great job on the install. Would recommend to anyone.
